When shifting from bar chord to bar chord, try not to press down on the frets! It kills the tone! Also, letting your nails grow will actually help you in you sound quality!

Eek, your entire guitar is out of tune. I'd say your G string is flat, your top E is sharp, and your bottom E is a little flat, which makes your top E sound even more off. Retune and repost :)
