    Breakfast: 1 bowl of Bran flakes and a glass of orange juice

    Lunch: 1 tin of mackeral 1 banana 1 apple 1 pint of water/juice

    Tea: 1 portion of fish(cod) Rice and plenty of Salad 1 pint of water/juice.

    Exercise: 20 mins on my cross trainer every day.

    If you are in good health and stick to this diet plan for 30 days you will lose between 12 and 16 pound..
