Just practice.. I had the same problem... Just do bar chords all the time. And like... Idk once a day just sit down and practice them for an hour or so

it's all in your practice:

making sure that you don't accidentally mute any strings when you put your 3rd and 4th finger down to play the m7

placing your fingers as close as possible to the fret

play around with it and you'll get it :D
