You know what? I live in a city with 350,000 people, and we don't have to worry about noise like this. I'm 35 minutes away from a metro area of over 3 million, so I'm not missing anything that NYC has to offer except having to deal with this kind of garbage. You want to live in New York, deal with dumb chit like this, and don't expect anyone to feel bad for you.
