@hashimra if you buy it new, you will get 1 years free web browsing. After that your carrier will charge you a small amount. If you buy an iphone second hand you wont get free web browsing. Don't ask me why, there are a number of reasons.

Just my way of punishment, they normally get food and water if the phone is stolen, but if they lose it and wasn't stolen then they don't get food, water, or bathroom. It's only 25 minutes.
