I feel as though these people are so totally interested in control, they actually give up productivity and an advantage just so that they have their personal power trips.. all of creation is not about control but rather letting things fall where they do and getting a good result out of that, but as an artist, I guess I would say that ;)
Oh god. I've met people more about themselves than the result. I had a boss who would do something I cannot go for. He would yell at me in front of subordinates and then expect me to get them to work with me.
What he forgot is he had bosses as well and sooner or later they start to notice things. They came for him one morning and I never saw him again.
One of the polices where I work is that everyone is to be treated with respect no matter their position and I have always believed that.
Respect, and self respect are two good things to have when it comes to on and off work, but we can make fun of this stuff because as outrageous as it seems, most people have met types that have been about the entire power trip, and we can only imagine what faces that they don't show us, if they show such bad sides of themselves in public. On occasion I've had the boss of the boss play little games like calling up the establshment, and asking me, if I knew who it was. Like a star or something :P
Yeah I liked this one the best out of all of these.. It works really well! :D The writting is great! You need to add this to one to the video answer for "Jones gets his last paycheque" It would make me happy, and get people to hate on your arse!! ;) You know everyone LOVES Jones even if they stabbed his back and ratted his sorry arse out!

I liked this one the most myself. I think I found a trusted lieutenant finally. It's not easy to find someone open to homicide.
