why do people eat whale ? i mean if ur ancestors did to survive i can understand that people are eting it nowadays to survive or cuz of culture. But others ????? i'm wondering. Is it cuz the meat is that delicious ?? of for medicine. or just to sell and have a big wallet ??? In other way: lets kill all the whales so we can buy all the stuff we want ?

I understand posting this to show what happens and what cruel things are being done to these animals. I am completely against what is happening and believe it should stop, there is nothing to be gained by killing whales. This only satisfies greed of money and power which is no reason to kill. I do not support this channel, I don't need to see more whales being slaughtered. Also to teach our young that whaling is joyful is wrong. Anyone else see the happy kids playing on the dead whale!?

Eating fresh Whale Beef is SO nice !
It is tasty, healthy and quite universal meat.
You can BBQ it, fry it, wok it, stew it, casserole it, bake it, roast it, boil it, eat it raw, smoke it then eat it.

saevaroa, it is NOT controlled hunting. They are going against a international ban on whaling. They are also killing fin whales, an endangered species with global numbers in the hundreds. They are trying to hold on to a tradition past it's time, nothing more. Iceland has over-fished it's waters for years and are already paying the price. Why do you think they went back to whaling? Because fish populations are so low their overall catch is down by 60% over recent years. Iceland knows no control.

Japan killed 1000 whales- of them 100 sei (endangerd) 10 (vulnerable) last year! as of 1988, 20 years ago there was an estimated 65,00 sei whales...now 9,800-12,00..just in the southern hemisphere mainy Japan! now a total of 54,00 from 238,00... I dont think they are stupid, they just dont care! and I dont think they will stop as long as they are making their money!

Of course the whale is different from the cow. Therefore I agree to a limit of the number of the capture. The fish of the sea are overfished, too. And it is impossible to prohibit the fishing entirely. The sea needs the regulation that considered balance. I cannot agree to full-scale prohibition of the whaling.
