I could imagine this being Mewtwo's theme. Mew however, no. I think Mew's theme should be a bit more... childish? Or at least calmer. Plus, this is not the official photos. The way it's drawn is way too different, and they wouldn't draw Mewtwo's cape like that. Not to mention that there's a very low chance that they'd draw new official pictures for Mew and Mewtwo again. And if they did draw new official photos, it would most likely be the Hoenn Pokemon.
