Thanks for your message. One does not have to be a lawyer to recognize one's father right to raise his son. I have a girl the same age as Sean's. What I do not aprove of is the way he has been dealing with that. Now, put yourself on the shoes of the Brazilian grandmother whose daughter has died and maybe you can understand her reasons as well.

How cruel that a Grandma would work so hard to keep her Grandson away from his one and only loving father. This Grandma is a monster. Sean needs to be home with his father in the US. There are a few points you should consider: Sean was NOT brought to Brazil illegaly. His mother brought him with his father's permission. Sean is ALSO a Brazilian citizen and has a huge loving Brazilian family.
