@katejocekykay you cant really teach someone 'how to Zumba' the point of it is to get exercise through dance and movement. its far less about getting the moves right, and more about just getting up and moving to the music. the trainers are just a guide, and i think the people in the back were doing great. the trainers in dance based exercise classes almost never look back - they dance, you follow. if you have questions theyll help you individually when the class is over.

LOL OMG! Everyone is so critical of the instructors! I joined a Zumba class & it was come 1 come all. No beginner/intermediate/expert classes. U just joined & participated to be active & have fun. U did your best & everyone learns at their own pace. The instructors dont stop to help, they explain & teach & ppl grasp it or they dont. Im sure this video was to promote themselves, but SO WHAT?! Thats how you get noticed & become bigger. WHO CARES? The ppl in the class dont seem to care, why do you?

Full of energy and a fun work out BUT they should have done this video without the class. Many people did not know the music and were not able to keep up. Zumba Fitness is about helping others gain better health and fitness. You need to know who is in your class and adjust accordingly.They are supposed to be instructing others. That's the point.

Not everyone will be up to speed & that's not important, what's important is that ppl are participating & being active. @dirtyfrank81 fyi there were overweight people in the class...look for them..I saw a few after watching only a min, I don't think zumba is a good idea for any1 who might be severely overweight as it could possibly, severely, over exert their bodies and could pose serious health risks.So I don't know exactly what you were expecting?As for the instructers, do your damn job and stop showin off...ppl are paying you to INSTRUCT THEM!! Have a couple instructers posted through the room so ppl can learn
