your aura is yellow and orange. im am fucking in love with you. i used to eat healthy, but now i dont. its too hard to eat healthy in manhattan. now what i do in life is enjoy what you call "anxiety provocing" situations. i enjoy them because THEY SHOW YOU YOUR WEAKNESS. i used to eat raw like you. i lasted about a year. but it was too structured. too clean. you need chaos in your life. it is healthy and makes you stronger. by chaos i just basically mean eating and doing whateveryouwantonimpulse
@betthisonesfree: I know exactly how difficult it is to eat healthy in manhattan, but it's not impossible. Go to wholefoods, buy a large container of baby spinach, some apples, and a few avocados. Wash them, put it in a bag, and eat it throughout the day. Now you have no excuse.
And if you eat whatever you want, you're not going to be healthy enough to do whatever else you want. Let the chaos be outside your body where it's fun, not within your organs giving you a heartattack. peace.

I've been sober for 29 years, and the wisdom you share here is fantastact. For me, I can't cheat and I know that. The 12 step Program teaches what you are saying here is true. I use food to deal with anxiety. Greens keep me really emotionally stable. I use to have panic disorder which seems to start to creep back into my life when I eat too many fruits and not enough greens. I don't think my greens cause me bad issues... There is a difference between emotional eating and eating stabilizing foods... for me eating greens is something I do before I am emotional to help prevent the anxiety in the first place.. that is different from eating because your already emotional.
@Necrowitch I didn't know greens help stabilize anxiety!! I have anxiety and right now I am craving Kale (kale chips)......I can't stop making them!!!
@Wivanunu Yeah, I was agoraphobic for years never leaving the house because I had panic attacks when I even thought about leaving. I went raw because I was malnourished and surprise surprise, after 3 months later I was confused as to why I wasn't having a panic attack and I could go outside. I researched it and found alot of people saying greens did that. I upped my greens and the last of my anxiety fell away. it was awesome! =^-^=

I changed it to necrowitch about 8 years ago when I was still pretty gothy because I thought it fit me better. I'm not really a goth anymore but I still love my username and it's here to stay! Happy shiny raw foodist or not! Besides, Daniel Vitalis thought it was a really cool username. =^-^=
