@sabotejustinpaul yes it runs without cd's basicly somebody generates a disk image and an iso file and combines them , the program recognizes this as a games disk in a drive as the emulator emulates the drive as well , and just type in final fantasy 10 rom, and it should link you to a site with it :D hope this has helped

@GRAVYRAQUEPz depends on th cpu, if its say a intel core 2 then it should run at native resoultion , not the case for amd's at that speed , on the intel side a core i3 2100 would be minimum for hd and a i5 2400, or 2500k would be recommended for flwless play , and for amd you will want at least a phenom II x2 555 be to run this but a phenom II x4 970 would be reccomended

I need some help here! I am not a huge tech guy but as far as I know and can see Elders Scrolls Oblivion looks better even on cosols when compared to Final Fantasy 10. My freind however insists that Final Fantasy 10 on a PC emulator looks better than Oblivion. If someone knows a video relating to this topic of last generations games graphics compared to current gen please send me a link, becuse frankly trying to get this through his head is nearly impossible!!!

@Shaibana yes it is google "pcsx2 0.9.7" with a little research you should be fine, I went from never having heard about this to playing FF10 in about an hour. you must find the ps2 bios files on your own it is illegal to provide them, but they are out there to be found with very little effort, the full installer comes with all the pluggins (software programmed to do the job of ps2 hardware) you can use the default settings for almost everything. there are guides posted on forums to help you.

@Shaibana the worst that can happen is it wont work. pcsx2 has an official page just google it and download the public beta full installer, it has a set up wizard that step by steps you. you can use default settings for everything except maybe the first plugin labeled "GS" it has to do with your processor chip, there is information on wiki to show you which option to choose for your chip (google it). for the game I actually own FF10 so I made an ISO file using DVD Decrypter.

Your system must be really good to have this speed. I played FFX with PCSX2 before but never got this speed in battles. Especially the scenes with a lot of people in it, the FPS dropped to around 15.0 =(

Well first off i got to say u had a hell of a great strategy for fight the arena monster. And the quality of the game looks good enough to play if u just wanna play it, but it does look abit bootleg lol. But am also sure that even with the god weapons u could only do 99999, how was Anima doing 200000? (and i know u dont need a god weapon for Anima to brake the 9999 limit) or is that just an added bonus of the emulator?

@pimpingrlsallday - Every Aeon does over 9999 Damage and HP, even if its not on emulator, its just Yuna has to max out her Sphere Grid. And as for mega-phoenix's one of the monsters gives you x99 in the Arena after capturing certain fiends.
