As for sovereignty I recognise HRH Prince Roy of Sealand as the legitimate ruler of the Principality of Sealand. Also, Germany has sent a diplomat there, and a British court ruled that they did not have jurisdiction there. Both de-facto recognitions of it's sovereignty.
