All I can say is ....Kya baat, Kya baat, Kya baat! , This is one of my favorite song, and want to play it some day the way you did. I did start to learn guitar and then left it, mind is restless. Hoping to pickup guitar again.

I am really not a tab person for the lack of patience and time. Perhaps some time in future I hope to sit down and tab my arrangements. sorry i am unable to help but as you can see i am using simple chords just note the movements of my fin gers to see the lead changes...all the best to you

In my opinion its all about developing reflexes. If you keep practising/playing without using the pick you will get there eventually. Just know which fingers are to be used for which strings, choose a chord and start plucking.....if you need some exercises there are plenty of good teachers on youtube...
