Teacher have to be respected as they are there to teach you but once they hit u then they are NO LONGER ur teacher, they are your ATTACKER & u MUST defend yourself. They are not your enemy, they just need to be understood as humans, not beaten like disobedient animals. After watching the video a few times, I cannot say the teacher was right or wrong just based on the video. But the reaction from the student was more in the negative side. How would a student kick the desk towards the teacher to express his emotion? That kind of disrespect to the teacher is TOTALLY unacceptable and untolerable. The society should speak up to show our disapproval to the student's behavior.
