Anyone who's judging john by this performance you better THINK for a second. Yep, it's not as hard as it sounds.

1) this is 1997, he's got a shithard teeth infection that is about to kill him, he's hard on drugs and he probably doesn't give half a fuck about what these people think.

2) he was at a point in life where he WANTED to have an unsuccesful career, like Sid Barret and others.

apart from these, his guitar sounds beautiful here. His voice is great to me too.
