quick time (not pro) would do real screenshot in .png format. not 1 frame .mov file...

how to do that in quick time pro?!?

I use "Screen Record" for my audio capture and was just talking into my in built laptop microphone. You can find many Screen recording / screen capture programs out there that allow you to do this. The main Pc ones are Snag It and Camtasia as far as I am aware.
