great video! btw, if u are planning to do this again, you might want to try it with a digital track set up. with that, you can actually run 12 cars on that 4 lane track. Just a suggestion on my part, feel free to disagree. anyway, great video.
It is not a film of a slotrace from start to finish, but rather a slot version/interpretation of a real race. There are a couple of short sequences that use stop-go animation and a couple where a whole lot of cars are on the track at once which was a bit hectic and you can imagine the consequence, but with a bit of editing and lots of takes, it came out fine. Good fun to make - I recommend that others have a go in doing the same.

There were 3 stop-go sequences. When the pace car comes off the track, and the 2 accidents where the cars spin off then drive back on.
