Tip:

For Those of you who doesn't have a helicopter in your parking lot just go there with any vehicle, kill the three or four guys on the bottom floor. Then kill the second guy down from the ground (He will stand in a window). Take the red van outside and drive to the left to the stairs leading up the building right next too the one were targets is. Go up all stairs, up too the roof were you find som ventilator boxes(?). Stand on the one nearest targets house and snipe the last target. Done!
