  • i wondering if he s was really flying !!!

  • Can I use this in my Flight Simulator X?

  • I really doubt the landing was made ONLY looking at the synthetic vision... i fly a SR-22, perspective, with a G1000 and synthetic vision, and most of the times the runway is slightly misplaced... just few meters to the side, but vital meters for a safe landing, which must be on the centerline of the runway. Anyway, its a GREAT system that helps a lot during approaches, especially IFR. And helps a lot planning your final descent, during approach... just put the FPV on the threshold and voilá.

  • Sometimes it looks like the runway is running away from you o.o

  • What are the long, white stripes off to your left during landing?

  • @roofy2k Out of all the explanations, I like yours the best.

  • Sounds like Benny Goodman to me.

    Nice video Thanks

  • I really like this music. What is it please?

  • @bg11215 The music is called "Kitschie Koo". It's from the ame FlightControl. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

  • Whats the title of this nice song?!

  • See, I knew all those hours playing Flight Simulator would pay off!

  • @nocalsteve Yeah, but the airport scenery is HORRIBLE!!! ;)

  • Very nice.

  • could this thing not land itself in emergencies?

  • I hear pilots say "...Cessna 1234 with hotel, request transition..." or "...Piper 1234 with lima..." What does "Hotel" and "Lima" mean? I know it's a reference to something.

  • @smacman68 It's the ATIS report that is going on... It's the weather report. Everytime a new report comes it jumps to the next letter. This is so that the ATC nknows that you have heard about the latest weather... So if the pilot says "with lima" when in reality its Mike, the ATC will tell you to recheck the ATIS.

  • @smacman68 I guess you are referring to the ATIS (Automatic Terminal Information Service) which is picked up on the frequency. An ATIS is normally recorded/updated every hour, and it is given a name from the phonetic alphabet which identifies it, i.e. "Lima, Mike, November and so on.... On first contact with ATC you confirm that you have the latest runway data, weather and relevant info of the airfield by saying which ATIS info you´ve got. Not every airport uses ATIS. Hope this explains it :)

  • Melhor seria o som das turbinas e da fonia da torre. Enfim. Mas o vídeo é legal sim.

  • Hahaha gostei da música que você escolheu :D

  • Very cool. I guess taxiways are not synthetically represented at all airports... yet

  • Synthetic Vision is a very interesting feature.... it's practically a embedded flight simulator that helps pilots...
