That's pretty cool... but why not just get a motorised one that's solar powered? At least then you'll not be having to jump on the lifter to cross the gate.
i think if it fell flat it would get fkd after a while of cattle trucks running over it. its not hard to climb over, and im sure u could leave a brick or summat there to open if u really needed to.
How does it open without a car? Since you have the white arms on the right on the gate and the ramps blocking any clssical swing-openning, wouldn't it be better to have the gate fall flat when driving over it?
