very nice blues indeed and tele sounds great , i brought the classic vibe 50s strat and that is also killer (i have usa delux rosewood neck strat as well ) and like you im very very pleased with the squier ,, but now ,,,, I WANT A TELE LIKE YOURS AS WELL ,ha ha

Thanks bro. I think I'm starting to turn the corner. Sinus/ear infection. Yuck. How do you like that Custom Tele? I'm actually torn between the one you had and the Custom. I've seen some pictures of the Custom w/ a black pickguard and. to me. it looks even better that way. Does it stay in tune well? How does the sound differ from the 50's Tele? @68guitardude ... well in terms of playability they r bouth super fine guitars ... almost as good as my fender deluxe tele (well almost ... but not far behind) ... mybe is the maple neck more smooth to play, but thats depends on ur preferences ... they r bouth build without the flaws. Soundwise i think there r not so much difference ... mybe custom has a litle more agresive tone, more twang in the bottom end ... so u can t miss with Classic Vibe ... i hope i help u a litle ... take care

Great job. These guitars sound fantastic. I have had mine for about a year and a half and It's one of my favorite guitars to play - all stock, except I replaced the cheap pickguard with something nicer. I can tell the flimsy input jack needs replacement but I am lazy - otherwise an amazing guitar, especially when you consider the price.

You have some great sound coming out of that ax. I own a classic vibe 50's tele and I didn't know it could be made to sound like that. Are those stock pickups?

If you buy 1 of these change out the input socket for a switchcraft - needs no mods, the 1 on it will fail for sure
