It's not that we're deficient in our education in geography here in Canada.

It's a great idea, it just didn't need to be localized at all.

it's pretty sad that duracell likes to pretend that these guys from iowa come here to fix our generating equipment... airing this commercial in Canada makes no sense, and yet they do it so many times a day on multiple canadian channels, somehow hoping to trick canadians into thinking theres a place called Iowa around here.

@oxymoronx420 : Iowa Lakes CC has graduated students FROM Canada, who then return to Canada to do turbine work. Why is that difficult to understand? The point of the ad is to sell batteries. ILCC uses these batteries. Is THAT also difficult to understand???

Here's a phun phact... If you think all commercials are the same consider this: when they play this ad in Canada, the line "at Iowa Lakes Community College, the students learn to keep America's wind turbines..." is changed to "CANADIAN wind turbines". I did not realize that students were frequently crossing the boarder to keep our wind turbines humming along too! That's quite a drive from Iowa!...

They actually do use duracell, and as far as the lighting they used a lot of lights as they do in all commercials for picture quality.
