That's the PSU overvoltage/overcurrent protection (deppending on from what setting you switched)

but i have 3 board exactly like the one on the video , and they are pentium 2 .
the cpu design for pentium 3-2 is also different .

@hitachi088 I have owned several P3's in slot form..... plus bios updates enabled newer CPU's as long as the chipset is compatible.
