Whoa, whoa what? That's all sorts of wrong. First: Marines don't become Navy SEALS, Navy personnel become Navy SEALS. Second: ODSTs are a volunteer Special Forces. You join the Marines, if you qualify for the ODSTs you are then given the choice to join them or continue as a regular Marine. And Third: ODSTs are more like Paratroopers crossed with Marine RECON.
