Im 17 years old an have been having pains for the last couple years. My pains have been lasting from 2hours to 20hours iv been to the emergency room quit a bit an know im having surgery on the 30...
I've had 3rd degree burns. Dog bites to the head and face and numerous broken bones. None of these were close to the pain of gallstones! I had my gallbladder removed and am soooo glad.
i just got told today that i have this stones ... it hurts ... like seriously its excruciating it woke me up at arround 4 am nothing took the pain away i had nausea and was throwing up for like 2 hours the pain finally went away at arround 10 30 worst 6 and a half hours of pain in my life ...
the doctor gave me medicine and put me in a super strict diet i will be getting it removed in 2 or 3 months but meanwhile ill be a really really strict diet... ill prov dissapear lol
@giadalu two nights ago i ate some chocolate and got some stomach pain , i then ate my chilli beef and rice and soon felt immense pain in my upper abdomen area, i have had kidney stone, this pain was worse, i thought that the next step from this pain is either to faint or die, my wife drove me to hospital and i yelled all the way and in the E.R i yelled and they asked 50 questions before giving me morphine, the pain subsided and now im jaundice, awaiting liver function tests
Im getting my removed next week. Its the most excruciating pain i have ever felt. Your back starts to ache, u get hot, u feel like your going to die!! the worst part about it is no type of medicine stops the pain. You just have to sit there until it passes but one thing that does seem to help mine go by quicker and sumbsides the pain is when i take a pillow(nice size) and i sit butterfly and lean forward on the pillow... had to do that last night...
i had my gallbladder out in febuary. that first attack hurt so much i thought i was gunna die, it was wreched. at least i lost 50 pounds behind it. the smell of food made me wanna barf though(prolly y i lost the weight).
I had 6 gall stones the size of golf balls + many smaller ones, and I would get a very sharp, severe pain right in the center of my chest whenever I ate anything greasy, like fried chicken, or anything with gravy. I had surgery to have gall bladder removed & I was in & out of the hospital in less than 12 hours, with only a few small incisions & one slightly larger one. Afterward, I had NO bad side effects whatsoever! I also changed my diet to be much healthier, and I feel great...that's the key!
I had gall stones the size of golf balls, more than 6 of them, plus lots of small ones. I used to get a severe, sharp pain right in the center of my chest. It can seem like a heart attack for people who don't know what they're experiencing! I had my gall bladder surgically removed & afterward I have had NO problems whatsoever, not a single negative side effect. The surgery was done through only a few tiny little slits; I was in the hospital for half a day & back home that afternoon! Very easy!

I started getting pain at the end of my pregnancy and thought I was in labor, they one nurse was such an arse saying "oh you not even in false labor, the pains not that bad!" If I wasnt in so much pain I would have punched her. Had mine out for over a year now and am healthy and doing fine!
I opted out of the surgery. They told me that I needed immediate surgery. I use a nutritional and herb remedy and I am fine. WIll give you the details in an upcoming video on how I was healed from gallstones.
If you do the "cleanse", the gall bladder will still not function if it's had stones. Infection is apparent if stones are present, also. Take it out. It's really quick and easy.
i know one has to go through unbearable pain when caught by an attack. its better that the problem is diagnosed at the right time before it becomes a hitherto chronic pain.
Hi I have been having pain in the center of my chest for about 4 weeks - after recovering from a terrible sinus infection - so here I thought it was pain from coughing so much. Well, it only got worse after my sinus infection went away ended up in the ER - had a ultrasound and bam - loaded with gallstones. So I am thinking I better get it out - I am a surgery queen at 30 have had 3 back surgeries - this can't be anything compared to that. Pain from g. stones feels like a balloon is in your chest
i have it been taking prilosec every morning before breakfast to keep the acids from building up and drinking lots of apple juice but still gets the symptoms i want the surgery bad to get rid of it because they use a laser now instead of other suregry that they use to
i had did the recipe of the apple juice for the stones and 2 came out. but that was like 3 years ago this time i was just holding the pain with advil until this past weekend went to the ER and got the surgery. I highly recomend if you are having that pain to drink apple juice for 6 days since apple juice is like acid it makes your stones soft and the drink 8 oz of olive oil with limon ,so they could slide and then you need to drink epson salt so you can go to the restroom and you will see them
I went to the hospital for a gallstone that got stuck too back in 2007. Was there for a whole week, fasting and using a water IV, and then had my gallbladder removed early 2008. I just had to stay overnight for that one. I took Prevacid and still have the same box from the hospital doctor...so I was able to get through it all quite quickly.
I lost some weight too, which was a good thing. If I still had my gallbladder, I'd be skin and bones by now. I was afraid to eat anything, because I didn't know what was causing the attacks, so I started deleting foods that I used to eat to see if that would stop the pain, but it didn't. It got so bad at the end I didn't care if they took it out with a rusty spoon. I had mine out April 2, 1996 and felt so much better afterwards. Don't be afraid to have it done.
You guys are so lucky that you had good doctors who knew what they were talking about when they said it was your gallbladder. I was FINALLY dianogised with gallstones after 4 months of off and on unbearable pain. I went to the hospital a couple of times and not once did they say what I had. Those dopes never figured it out until I had a sonogram. My skin and the whites of my eyes were turning yellow, that's how bad it was getting. Don't trust AZ doctors!
The best thing to do is to have the gallbladder removed. It's a simple surgery and you get to go home the same day (most cases). I had mine removed a year ago, had the pain for about 5 years. I was told it was gastritis until I had to go to the ER. They did an ultrasound and that's how I found out it was gallstones. Had surgery within 2 wks.
i have the same pain, starts with pressure pain inmy chest and lower stomach. so i've been to several Er's all by ambulance. they say i have galstones. so this fry there going to take it out. its a out patient job. so get it done, bf it turnes out to be bile sludge, which i have.
i'll most likely be going for the surgery, becasue for the past couple months i've been losing weight and i got the worst stomach aches at night but i thought it was just stress, and then the other day i started sweating perfusily and i was rolling on the floor in pain and couldn't even walk i went to the emergency room and they loaded me up on morphine and said that i;ll have to go for the surgery as soon as possible.
I just found out from my doctor (one of the top doctors in the world) that I can't eat a lot of oil from now on, or fat. I had to cut meat from my diet, which makes sense because I can't digest fat like I used to. Please let people know out there that we are prone to heart disease now if we continue to eat fat, as we don't digest it. I was told I could get heart disease within 3 years if I continues to eat oily foods. I should have rid the gallstones naturally, and yes, it can be done!
Lelia. The only home remidy is beet juice and flax seed. Flax seed is cheap so try taking no less than 3000 miligrams or 3 pills in one day. Also mustard is also a great cure. I been taking oxycodone and anti nausea pills for pain and or nausea. Just wait out the pain or take sum prevecid over the counter stuff for now but eating will have to include salads with vinegarette. Only meats that are approved are turkey/chkn brsts but stay away from red meat.
i dont know-but since monday my ribcage hurts like hell. Monday it came oer me all of a sudden-a terrible feeling of what felt like severe gas pains. i threw up twice. after about an hr it subsided but it hit me again yesterday, and just now. is there any way to stave off the pain at home if you have no way to the er? thanksx
I can totally relate to ur pain all ur ?'s as well. The only day to day cure is to eat healthier. I kno what ur thinking, quitting cold turkey is crazy but that pain alone is convincing to try a vegan diet. I been eating fresh salads -the cabbage, cheese, ranch dressing but I found this site under the gall stone diet very helpful. Trust me I am a health freak and I was so suprised when they told me that I did have stones. as far as surgery not until aug hopefully.
I had my first attack about two months ago. It was THE most excruciating pain I have ever been in and I have a high pain threshold. It started in the center of my stomach then worked its way up under my ribs and around my back up to my shoulderblades then it felt like someone was tightening a belt and then gnawing at my insides.
Only when I threw up the pain went and I felt better.
Went to the Dr, got an ultrasound and was diagnosed with a 16mm stone and some "sludge".
my advice to anyone who has been told they need surgery and is hesitant about it: get a second opinion with a naturopathic doctor! there is an alternative out there that medical doctors are not familiar with. i didn't know at first if it would work, but i now completely believe in this type of medicine. in order to prevent the stones from coming back, it does involve a slight change in lifestyle, but if you don't want to have attacks again or face surgery, it is definitely worth it!!
About 2 months ago, my gallbladder started bothering me. I was in pain for weeks. my doctor referred me to a surgeon to remove it. i booked a date for the surgery but was terrified. i got a second opinion with a homeopathic doctor and she said NOT to have surgery -she could treat me naturally. i started her treatment right away and felt a bit of relief! a week before the surgery date i canceled the surgery and decided i would give this a try. it has been 6 weeks now and i am pain free!
I thought gallstones and kidney stones were for older people that eat tons of greasy fatty crap, I never eat greasy fatty crap and I just went to the hospital for pain because of, what I thought was my appendix rupturing, kidney stones!! Then surprise I also have gallstones!! D: waaahhh. I'm only 17 :[
I just left the hospital lastnight.. Been having pain in my belly button area that feels like a lighting flash or a contraction in my gut, last bout 10 mins at a time, then leaves out through my shoulder blades, Hospital said I need my gall bladder removed, (theres no pain in my gallbladder though?) they gave me pepcid as well, Did your pain feel like a burning lighing strike?
I dont knwo whats up with me, but I didnt get no pain meds, and got sent home with pepcid.
i have the pain right now ive had gallstone attacks like 7 or 8 times and its stupidly painfull. i been doctors loads, been hospital n they didnt no what it was but i think another trip is in order sometime this week hahaha i got those *butterflies* :(
been to the hospital twice the doctor twice for my horriable pain no doctor has yet to even get any testing done on me they just give me pills and send me home the pills never work
I am 14. I have gallstones. I have had them for a few months. In July I noticed my stomach hurting. My parents asked me if I want to go to the hoospital and i said no. I knew that it would take forever. So I didnt go. In August it hurt REALLY bad i couldnt stand it anymore. So i went and i got an ultra sound and the doctor told me i had gallstones. So I got medicine for it. After my medicine ran out i went to my real doctor and he said. Not to get the surgery and not to take meds anymore.
I had pain that would come & go, didnt know what the deal was. finally i had a pain attack & it didnt go away so i went to the dr. i had 2 gallstones blocking my common bile duct so they did an ERCP to remove those then the next day they removed my gallbladder. Still recovering. but excited to be pain free soon!
4 F Rule: I thought my migraines were bad, but I have a new definition of "excrutiating" pain. I should have gone to the DR once my stomach began hurting daily, esp'ly after eating. However, by the time I realized that it wasn't stress-related, it was too late, & I had to go to the ER & have my gallbladder removed due to a Golf ball size stone blk'g liver. 4 F Rule: If patient has sternum stomach pain, is 40+ (F1), fair skinned (F2), female (F3) & a bit fat (F4), MD's ck out gallstones as DX.
there is a very simple way to loose gallstones , without opperation, too late for you now. Google: liverflush, Hulda Clark and you find the way. For other people to read, do not remove your gallblatter before doing the liverflush!! because after the flush you do not have gallstones so you do not need to remove your gallblatter, you need this gall blatter!!!!
This works for flushing out the gallbladder but what if you are like one of the people who posted that they have golf ball size stone? Mint supposedly DISSOLVES gallstones. After I did a 2nd flush I got a stone stuck on its way out and was like that for over a day. I found out about mint, bought some mint tea, went to bed and by morning the gallstone was gone.
TELL THE DOCTORS TO ONLY REMOVE THE STONES BUT LEAVE YOUR ORGANS WHERE THEY ARE! (they won't so a flush is really the only way to go)
they can, if you are unluckky. A stone can come in the tube and cause blockage so bad that your gall is floating into your pancreas and cause pancreatitis, severe pancreatitis can kill you, the cause?? gallstones....
i got mine removed on 4/20/09 if you have this .. get it removed because it could kill you... when you get it removed it fells great... when you get it removed you SHOULD NOT LIFT MORE THAN 40 POUNDS for 4 WEEKS after surgery.....
got mine removed in 05....the worst pain i have ever experienced...over a 2 yr period...my final attack lasted 5 days straight, my roomie saved my life by taking my stubborn *** to the hospital, where the doc told me i was in danger of it rupturing and infection had tripled its size!!! i was out of the hospital in 3 days but had a hard time moving around for about 3 weeks. Worst pain ever and im so glad its out....i feel great now and the scars are almost vanished!!
right now my gallbladder is killing me!!!! i know its gallstones. its def on and off and at time its forever like today. its been hurting me almost all day and i just cant wait for it to be over. ive been to the er b4 but i am tryin to get a reg drs ap. so it wont cost as much. im wondering if they could just operate me in the er. DAMN THIS SHIT HURTS!!!!!
don't let the doctors take it out from you, you'll feel much worst later in life! just like my mom, gallbladder filters out dirty stuff , it shouldn't be taken out... do it the natural way, so easy and painless, I took my gallstones out the natural way, flush it out the toilet, :) seek a herbalist instead, don't let those greedy doctors and pharmacist let you take out one very important part of your body, goodluck
yea i had gall bladder removed in 07 i almost waited to late..supposed to be dead now..but god saved me..because one got stuck in my bile and i started turning yellow..its a blessing to be here..livin life nejoying
I was rushed to the hospital yesterday(2-26-09) and I had a catscan and I had a real small gallstone about 2 centemeters and the gave me morphine there and they said I should pass it by urinating shure enough I did. today i feel fine I do medication for it but havn't used any yet.
i had an ultrasound last week and found out today i have a gallstone. i was also at the emergency 3x in the last 3 weeks and was given morphine for the pain as well. i just hope i don't need surgery and can get the stone out without it.
Hi there from aberdeen, scotland UK. I'm 40 yrold female, been suffering with gallstones, got really bad the last year.. Just had my gallbladder removed 8 days ago and i feel better already!! Sore after surgery, but hey, i've had 2 kids!!! Not as uncomfy as giving birth, thats for sure!! I went into hospital at 8a.m and was home for 6p.m, had a grumbly tummy for a few days after but worth it to get rid of all that pain and discomfort,go have the op and get your life back my dear..
I have had pain off and on starting about 10 years ago. Back then I had an ultrasound and nothing was seen. But I felt it. So they let me go with no follow up ever. So about 3 months ago, I started having pain and I have ever since. I never had any attacks while eating Raw food only but felt like there was "something" there all the time. My attacks have lasted for days. I'm going to do a gall stone cleanse next week. Hope it all works out for you.
I just found out i had them about 3 weeks ago. and i am only 14. and they gave me these pills to take and the lady said they were for like heartburn or something. I have to go see the sergon on Feb. 11 and i Know that the only way to get rid of them is surgery.... i think! Best of luck!
get it out, im from scotland, and our hospital tech isnt as good as yours im sure, and my op went really well, just had it out on the 18th of dec 2008, and im good.... I actually nearly died because of pancreatitis..... trust me, you do not want to vomit yourself to death which was happening to me because I ignored the pain for nearly 3 years.
Yes, I had THE most severe pain in my abdomen that totally floored me for 4 days, i took ibuprofen that didn't work..Excedrin nope-nothing that didn't kill the pain either..So i went to the emergency room, and the Doc said i needed to have my gallblatter removed. That was on Sept 1st, the surgery only took an hour, and recovery was short...so don't worry it's a snap...the worst part of the whole thing was the lousy hospital food!
Hi, i know this video is old but im having some strange pains like you describe.
Just wanting to know if you had constant nausea, and when the pain got worse so did the nausea. Also alcohol creates unbearable pain and fever to whatever it is that i have. You think it could be gallbladder related? By the way im a 17 year old male.
I had gall stones since June-ish. Supposed to have surgery in Jan/09 but I got it bumper up. So had it yesterday. It went good, not to painful after. I was held in the hospital for 6hours after the operation and allowed to go home. Because I do labour type work, my doctor wants me to take it easy for 6 weeks, but many people are good in about a week. If your having that many attacks, I know how painful they are, I would say do the srugery if you can. Any questions just ask, I will chk bak
@hardcoreicon6969 that apple cider vinegar/peppermint oil stuff doesn't work once you're already suffering badly from large gall stones. The best thing is to get them removed surgically, it's quick, easy and simple. Suffering at home trying to get flaky home remedies to ease your pain & suffering is just plain stupid!!
and I feel good. the 1st few days sucked cause of the gas they use to blow up your stomache and that gas needs to come out some how soit come out your skin. I had alot of pain in my right shoulder and my neck. but my stomach where there is 4 incisions doesnt hurt. its like when I had the gps i feel like I did situps. so 3 days later I am feeling good.
i cant take it the pain is unbearable

I did the Hulda Clarke cleanse. Went to Dr., he said I had gallstones. After the cleanse, no gallstones.
He was confused.
I laughed, and said, thank the Pink Grapefruit juice and extra virgin olive oil.
I passed about 400 stones in one day, everything from "sand sized" particles to large pieces of impacted matter a bright green stone bits.
After I was done, I lost six pounds.
I could actually see it in my face. lol

Then surprise I also have gallstones!! D: waaahhh. I'm only 17 :[

4 F Rule: If patient has sternum stomach pain, is 40+ (F1), fair skinned (F2), female (F3) & a bit fat (F4), MD's ck out gallstones as DX.
surfelvistx 2 years ago
there is a very simple way to loose gallstones , without opperation, too late for you now.

I go in tomorrow to have surgery.
I have had attacks since March. Hard alcohol was the only thing that stopped the pain. Lots of it. If you aren't tipsy, you didn't drink enough.
My recipe: 1 cup prepared tea (peach flavored from instant mix)
1oz Vodka plus a little more
1oz Rum
1oz Triple Sec
1/2oz Tequila
1/2oz Gin
Lots of Ice and a straw (straw helps get there faster because you drink less air)

mine isn't that bad but it feels like something's in there and lingering. Is this the norm?

why do people feel the need to get on youtube and complain about all their problems??
mkcm123 2 years ago
Maybe so other people can judge whether they have these problems too? If you don't want to hear people "Complain" don't watch the videos, simple!

Gallstones cannot kill you!
laurencollins1991 2 years ago
Actually, they can. Pieces of the stones can seperate and break off and go into the liver or possibly clog it. Look more into it.
DementedJackson 2 years ago
they can, if you are unluckky. A stone can come in the tube and cause blockage so bad that your gall is floating into your pancreas and cause pancreatitis, severe pancreatitis can kill you, the cause?? gallstones....
starsoftheseaM 2 years ago
i got mine removed on 4/20/09 if you have this .. get it removed because it could kill you... when you get it removed it fells great... when you get it removed you SHOULD NOT LIFT MORE THAN 40 POUNDS for 4 WEEKS after surgery.....

got mine removed in 05....the worst pain i have ever experienced...over a 2 yr period...my final attack lasted 5 days straight, my roomie saved my life by taking my stubborn *** to the hospital, where the doc told me i was in danger of it rupturing and infection had tripled its size!!! i was out of the hospital in 3 days but had a hard time moving around for about 3 weeks. Worst pain ever and im so glad its out....i feel great now and the scars are almost vanished!!

DAMN THIS SHIT HURTS!!!!!
ekanduj88 2 years ago
don't let the doctors take it out from you, you'll feel much worst later in life! just like my mom, gallbladder filters out dirty stuff , it shouldn't be taken out... do it the natural way, so easy and painless, I took my gallstones out the natural way, flush it out the toilet, :) seek a herbalist instead, don't let those greedy doctors and pharmacist let you take out one very important part of your body, goodluck

i had an ultrasound last week and found out today i have a gallstone. i was also at the emergency 3x in the last 3 weeks and was given morphine for the pain as well. i just hope i don't need surgery and can get the stone out without it.

Gallstones don't come out through your urine; kidney stones do.

92scdoughboy 3 years ago
Mix apple vinegar cider (2 TSP) with 8 oz of water for attacks.
To Brake down the stones use Peppermint Oil Capsules about two a day.
And lower your cholesterol (no eggs)
hardcoreicon6969 3 years ago
thanks for the info. On 9-23 i'm going in for surgery to remove it. My same Dr that did my Gastric bypass is removing my gallbladder.
formissy 3 years ago
@hardcoreicon6969 that apple cider vinegar/peppermint oil stuff doesn't work once you're already suffering badly from large gall stones. The best thing is to get them removed surgically, it's quick, easy and simple. Suffering at home trying to get flaky home remedies to ease your pain & suffering is just plain stupid!!
