DON'T BUY FROM FAILINVEST! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS AND CROOKS. Talk to a Corona Del Mar home owner for proof. They act like the mafia. There are plenty of honest reputable developers in Cebu, Failinvest is NOT one of them. I would sell my home and get out but after paying cash for my lot 4 years ago, they still refuse to give me my title. Their answer, "go ahead and sue us, we don't care."

hi, im 21 years old, male, a fresh graduate and im planning to embark on a career in the real estate industry..i do not know how to start or what first thing/step to do..i am really interested in learning anything about real estate but i cant afford those real estate seminars that costs thousands of pesos..perhaps, could you help me find free seminars here in metro manila..

@VDCaluya well, i just begin a month ago my career on real estate, im an Account Manager (property sales agent), selling condominiums for RobinsonsLand Corporation,..i don't know if you're into sales but i started my real estate career in sales and marketing,.you can join any property developers maybe..and its up to you on what position you will apply for..
