  • Last Greenday album was really weak-- Radiosurgery a great album... reality check

  • no way, green day is better!

  • this bands Pwns...

  • New Found Glory Kick Ass.

    Simple as that :)

  • I just got kicked out from there concert about three hours ago lol. Shit was crazy

  • @18ishbree Why? :D

  • @18ishbree Why'd you get kicked out of their concert???

  • @kevsterrockx some girl came up to me and pulled my hair so i punched the hell out of her

  • @kevsterrockx some guys were all spinning around in a circle running into people and my friend pushed them back, then that guy got all in his face i jumped inbetween and his gf came and started pulling my hair, i punched her and we all got kicked out..new found glory even stopped playing

  • wait, what does greenday have to do with anything? i bet someone is gonna bring up blink too

  • @cheesydarkside Fo reals Bro! Music's Music, everyone should stop comparing. haha

  • @cheesydarkside except, blink and new found glory are closer then new found glory and green day....jus sayin...

  • Comment removed

  • Y'know people we can like more tan one band, its possible. GD, NFG, The Clash, Ramones and more. Viva la Punk/pop Rock

  • This doesnt sound like Green day because their last album was complete rock opera shite and this is good...

  • this doesnt sound like green day cause last i checked green day doesnt sound like complete filth

  • this band is so much better than green day because they can write catchy tunes and they have a whiny emo singer and theyre all fags

  • Not everyone is wired to Green Day, leave Green day out of every fuckin punk rock discussion.

  • Watch the second commercial for our upcoming EP „TV Reality“! /watch?v=w3l3AfAncrc

    Pop-Punk at it's best!

  • You know what this is a very VERY good song. Sure it has a good old Green Day feel, that's the point. I like Green Day but their last album was total crap-- and this is waaaaay better...just a fact. and the NFG album-- classic pop punk at its best!!

  • hes capable of way better lyrics than everything ive heard from this album.

  • Why does it have to be one or the other?

I love NEw Found Glory, but that doesn't mean I have to hate Green Day or any other pop punk bands right? :L

  • how about blink 182? i think they are the greatest punk rock band, hmmm.well it just my opinion also..

  • @TheKentjay They're pop-punk.

  • @ePRmu this song is fuckin gnar. take your jonas brother purity rings and shove them up your ass pusswad

  • Good news my fellow NFG fans!! The album was LEAKED 30 minutes ago!! I have already bought all the merchandise and alll the bundles, and I have been waiting since they announced the album, so I decided to download it. Let me just tell you guys that it will ONLY GET BETTER! The record is beyond awesomeness!! It really took me back to the 90's when I first discovered punk music :,)! I won't force anyone to download it, but if you want you can get it at new album releases dot net. :-)

  • I love the old stuff. It's all about mainstream and images now days. Too bad most of the world falls into that shit.

  • @azzman Word!!

  • I miss the days were everyone would skateboard and wear high socks (I still do lol), long shorts, skate tops, skate clothing, listening to blink, nfg, bfs, good Charlotte, simple plan, sum41 etc. Now rock music isn't as big all I hear nowadays is acoustic slow crap and wannabe scream bands. And so called skaters now wear shirts fancy branded clothing and judge the original pop punks like me

  • @azzman182 Surely you can still listen to all those bands? or can you only listen to what everyone else listens to?

  • @azzman182 I know what you mean. I miss the period from 1990-2002 (but mostly the 90's!! :,). Back then we had the greatest music, the best films (most of them), the best culture and no excessive, expensive and ridiculous wars! Those were the best days of my life! God, I miss my childhood :,)

  • New NFG album and a new blink album , christmas comes early this year

  • yuck - lazy attempt at a single

  • this song is cheesy

  • Pop punk is dead

  • Pop punk is not dead :)

  • @tommyejuve93 it is. All the best pop punk bands are dead. Good Charlotte arnt punk anymore, Simple Plan, Blink.....Green Day havent sold out but New Found Glory are still epic :) and all these gay bands these days who claim they are Punk are just posers

  • @TylerM4197 Pop Punk is not dead,Punk music is not dead.

Blink 182,green day, simple plan still do Pop Punk and people listen to their music :)

Punk rock isn't dead,NOFX,RANCID,GBH,The CASUALTIES,And others exist and will exist...probably Punk rock and Pop Punk won't be popular but People that like and playing these kind of music will exist also between 2 million years...:D

  • @TylerM4197 blink-182 most certainly is not dead, they and NFG might actually bring pop-punk back alive. just listen to 'neighborhoods' ;D

  • @TheKenjimmy agree blink isnt dead but all the others are and trust me, i have listened to neighborhoods :D but too bands are comin along claiming they are pop punk. i want the awesome punk back with baggy shorts, startocasters, spiky hair and skateboarding shoes! :D

  • @TylerM4197 don't forget the high socks !!

  • @TheKenjimmy i still wear high socks!

  • @TylerM4197

you have to find the right bands who "claim" they are pop punk...if it's dead, you're telling me that bands like Man Overboard, This Time Next Year (bands who are touring with NFG this fall) and The Story So Far aren't pop punk...

it will never get as big as it was in the early 2000s, when bands like Sum 41, Simple Plan, and blink were on TV, but it is certainly not dead.

  • @TylerM4197 you need to step you're game up on pop punk bands...

  • Boooo. I miss NWAF already.

  • this is soooo good!!!

  • New Found Glory > Green Day

  • @DannScreamsSilence Yeah, but then the happy version of green day :P

  • @DannScreamsSilence How to get a Top Comment: make an obvious statement

  • @DannScreamsSilence Oh no you didn't just fucking say that. Green Day are of the most influential punk rock bands in history. New Found Glory are just a shitty unoriginal pop punk band. The Fact that you compare them at all is pathetic.

  • @dfbhcf green day went from being punk to emowannabes to mainstream alternative douchers. new found glory started the pop punk movement and have influenced more bands then you think. and the fact that they havent changed their sound makes them more original then any other band. green day has changed their sound multiple times. its not even punk anymore. its just radio mainstream hits.

  • @XtrevurrX You should check your sources my friend. Green Day is the quintessential punk band, and they are and have always been PUNK ROCK ;) That's not only a matter of opinion but also fact. Their new music is just as punk as their old stuff, just in a different way. What about the Clash's "london calling" or The Ramones' "Subterranean Jungle". What about Offspring's "Smash"? These are all quintessentials of the genre and even DEVELOPED it! Just like NFG does ;) So go do your research ;)

  • @XtrevurrX

"new found glory started the pop punk movement"

You've got to be fucking joking. If you're referring to the pop punk movement of today that started (or was resurrected) with Green Day in the 90s.

"the fact that they havent changed their sound makes them more original then any other band"

That's exactly what unoriginality is you moron. And by the way, NFG is just as mainstream as Green Day, they just aren't good enough to be as successful in the mainstream as Greeb Day.

  • Comment removed

  • @DannScreamsSilence Let me put it like this: No punk band will ever be able to beat Green Day's legacy and awesome music, but the closest you'll get to something as good as them is by listening to New Found Glory! Just my opinion ;)

  • @DannScreamsSilence If you smoke crack, yes. But I'd rather listen to The Jonas Brothers than this shit of a song

  • @ePRmu Then go listen to them O.o. Why are you even on this video if you hate it? I don't mind if people prefer one band to another, and I don't think not liking NFG makes you a horrible person. But if you are one of those people who doesn't like them, why bother going to their videos just to insult their songs? I don't like the jobros, but I don't go to their vids and insult them for no reason. Common courtesy is always nice.

  • @katjakitty22 vaild point. all im saying is there's way better music than this shit of a song. green day and blink are home runs. this is a foul ball

  • @DannScreamsSilence you mean the new Green Day right?? cause if so then your statement is valid.

  • @DannScreamsSilence NFG is good but they stand nothing in front of Green Day

  • @DannScreamsSilence Not exactly hard... :-)

  • @DannScreamsSilence thats a completely different style.....both are legendary :)

  • @DannScreamsSilence NEEEEEEVVVVEEEEERRRR!!! :DDD NEVER EVER! but good :D

  • I agree, I think all the pop punk bands should do more throw back songs like this, it just sounds so natural and familiar

  • best pop punk band

  • <3

  • Song reminds me so much of Green Day. Really looking forward to this album.

  • so excited for the album now!

  • HELL YEAHHH!!!!!

  • I will always <3 NFG!!!!!!!!

  • Creating new music that could top Sticks and Stones/Catalyst is a near impossible task I reckon because those albums have become the soundtrack to so many memories. But when I heard this I thought it was a fucking amazing effort. Hats off to NFG.

  • I love this song cant wait for the new album

  • I adore NFG - this will be my tenth anniversary since listening to 'Hit or Miss'. Thanks guys for helping to make my life better.

  • Check out my band Same Old Story here on YouTube!

    We're a pop-punk band from Mesa, AZ.

Look up the song Two Weeks, Hood Rat Shit, or Chick's Dig Scars

  • nice i got a bunch of thumbs up

  • saw these guys in brighton UK the other night. it was fucking awsome!!!

  • Not too good in comparison to a lot of their other stuff. Usually with NFG, even if I don't LIKE the song that much, it's still stuck in my head and I'm singing it like crazy. This song didn't do anything for me, to be honest. It doesn't really have anything to it that makes me want to come back and keep listening. Just my opinion though, still looking forward to the album.

  • they're going to need stereotactic body radiation to get rid of all the STD's they're going to pick up from the chicks that dig this song.

  • great song live, nfg kicked ass live at brighton last night :) pretty good for a first gig :)

  • @randomizerlucy that was mine too lol

  • The WHOLE POINT of the new album, as the band has openly said, is that it draws on the likes of old school Green Day and the Ramones etc and gives it a modern pop punk twist. I like this song- it could be better with a more 'live feel' production-- but it still bodes well for the new album!

  • Lets face fact. NFG is an older band. They aren't twenty anymore. It's not that there is no passion...his voice is just older and they arent singing about teenage heartbreak. Now Blink 182 is an older band as well but all I hear is they are same old blink but more mature. Now yes this isn't there best. And yes it's a lil greenday ish (I hate greenday btw) but it's not all bad. The voice and playin is still there. I say this is just one song. Give the new stuff to come a chance before you pass j

  • they were amazing in brighton tonite, still the best band ever!!!

  • not bad,not good either...Kind of a letdown from one of my favorite bands...

  • Im not a huge fan but I've been hearing this on the radio so much. Pretty alright.

  • It's not bad,but their lyrics have gone down the toilet lately. For the first 45 seconds, it sounded like it belongs on Insomniac by Green Day.

  • Seeing NFG next wednesday in Brighton. Yeahhhh buddy!!!

  • @InTheElementGaming I can't get this song out of my head, it makes my brain hurt

  • @InTheElementGaming saw them at the Electric Ballroom last night, YOUR GONNA HAVE AN AWESOME NIGHT!!

  • @InTheElementGaming man they were good, went 2 that show too :) not bad for my first gig :)

  • best new song in like 6 years from any band

  • Cant wait to hopefully hear this live on sunday.Hell to the yeh! XxX

  • first time i listened to this and i love it! Cant wait for the album.

  • its pop punk u stupid piece of shit. what do u expect? a fucking hendrix solo in the middle of the song... go to a different genre of music u faggot

  • it's weird? i love NFG but this feels like a filler song on the album?

  • @orphinoftheworld85 Deffinately agree brah!

  • Can't decide if I like it or not. Good song but doesn't feel like there's any heart in it.

  • I like it. I don't love it. I just think it lacks a bit of the energy of their previous efforts. Don't get me wrong, i'm not bashing, i fuckin' love NFG. But yeah, i think they can definitely do a wee bit better than this.

  • Punk bands playing power chords wow what a surprise... youre in the wrong place for a 5 minute guitar solo my friend... NFG FTW!

  • A few trolls in need of some serious RADIOSURGERY!! NFG FTW!

  • And yes the foo fighters do suck it's an old screen name, in b4 trolls

  • I used to like New Found Glory. Ya know, back before I completed puberty. When you grow up though, you start to realize - god they suck the feces out of male anus - are they gonna still be writing power chorded emo when they are 40? Cuz they are all 30 now. FAIL

  • @FooFighter4774

Coming from the guy who has killswitch engage and bullet for my valentine in his favorites. Hurrah for generic metalcore bands!!!

  • @VISHMAN14 at least they have guitar skills unlike 1 5 6 4 power chord progression chad gilbert

  • @FooFighter4774

Its pop punk. Its not gonna be complicated.

  • @FooFighter4774

But if you want guitar skills, i recommend protest the hero. crazy shit those guys play

  • @FooFighter4774 at least they aren't pretending to be anything more than simple pop punk. unlike some kid on the internet that thinks he's awesome because he learned what a progression was on the music theory wikipedia page.

  • @FooFighter4774 Not Chad's fault he knows how to write a catchy tune with four simple chords.

  • awful

  • @jamout66 Just when you thought they couldn't get any worse. This song would make a great intro track for Hannah Montana.

  • Video for RADIOSURGERY being done today--- I gather there's a 'cowgirl' or two-- haha

  • NFG fuckin rocks, i'm so glad they have a new album out!!!

  • Seeing New Found Glory next week for the first time! :D Sooo excited, they have been one of my favourite bands for a loong time! Can't wait to see this song live it's up thier with hit or miss and my friends over you for me.

  • @beck181 lucky fucker!!!!

  • Anyone else hear a heartbeat when he says "my heart is beating out of my chest" or am I just hearing things?

  • sounds great :)

  • Intro of radiosurgery sounds a bit like nowadays green day records...

  • I think this song opened up a little bit weak but once they really got into it it was pretty good, but jordan is missing that really punk sound in his voice a little bit.

  • Great simple, catchy song, perfect for radio-love it!

  • yuck, no bueno.

  • I never thought Id ever say this about NFG but this song is just horrible and weak.

  • @a7xkid i hate the fact i have to agree with that

  • this song is not the most amazing for a first single, but catchy enough. looking forward to hearing the new album, ive been obsessed with every disk except the last one. hope they bring some sweet stuff on the new disk.

  • omg..this sounds like it's from the past decade..words can't describe how much I love it!

  • that chorus is so fuckin catchy

  • The last album had some real bangers, the first three songs were incredible. This song sucks. I like all their other albums, I just hope the rest of the new album has better tunes than this...

  • Loved it!

  • i love how they can just make a sticks and stones throwback song like this

  • @fuckyeah49 WAT? Sound nothing like S&S sounds like Dookie.

  • Awsome !

  • OH!! WE LOVE THIS BAND!!!

  • oh the other hand this song was very bland

  • @dfbhcf I used to talk about how all pop music and shit like this sucked... then i realized i have a 9-5 job and i'd much rather be playing shitty pop punk. the easy arguement is made by people like you and i who were too lazy to put ourselves out there

  • Sticks and Stones and Coming Home... Will this top those? :)

  • New music for the rest of the year..Blink, NFG, RHCP!!!

  • i cant fucking wait!

  • ME GUSTA <3

  • Back to pop punk roots-- cool chorus, great riffs, catchy as sh*t-- love it!!

  • i don't like the singers voice

  • this is good, stoked for the punks not dead tour

  • wheres the Coming Home inspired songs? That was definitely their best song and one of the best albums of recent memory

  • @JacobCChristian

The band would disagree with you hahahaha.

  • Comment removed

  • ...and for the record Coming Home is a very strong, well written album--- certainly in my top 3 NFG albums...

  • Love this song-- it's a real grower.... and does exactly what they said in linking new pop punk with it's 'roots'...

  • mmm pop punk

  • The intro reminded a lot to Green Day's ''Prostetic Head''... this song is ..um ..alright

  • very nice song:D can't wait for the new CD

  • not crazy about this song... i have to here more songs from the new album

  • First off, this is a great song and I'm really looking forward to the album release on October 4th.

Second, there was nothing inherently wrong with Coming Home. It was a great album and it was EXACTLY what NFG said it would be: a positive (in contrast to Catalyst's negative feel) album which would serve as a "coming of age" album for the group, and it did exactly that. Anyone surprised and/or upset with Coming Home, wasn't listening to what NFG said. 88% from Absolutepunk = good album.

  • Wow, didnt know so many people hated Coming Home. In my opinion it was a great album. Sure it wasn't classic NFG, but I think that provides some of its charm. I love every NFG album including that one, and if anything, I thought it was an interesting departure from NFG's normal style. (Best New Found Glory album is Catalyst btw. Hands down =])

  • @HoopsNigga17 Ya I love Catalyst..:) their self-titled album and Sticks and Stones were pretty good also..

  • Am I the only one that likes all NFG's albums including Coming Home?

  • @dannypearson1992 nope I love every single one of them!!! They all have that NFG element, even as different as they are. I didn't like this song at first because it didn't sound like an NFG song, but now I love it! So excited for the album!!!

  • @dudewuttheheck Glad to hear it! There seemed to be a lot of coming home hating reading the comments for this and I didn't get why. Even though it was different from their other stuff it was still great music and had some real gems on it. I see what you mean with this song, but I did like it from the first time I heard it, and it seems to get catchier the more times you hear it, I can't stop singing it! :D

  • Why are people comparing NFG and blink? That's stupid :P

  • This is good and all, but Up All Night is much better.

  • @mistermusicvideos helllllllllll no :D

  • hmmmm...... Really not too sure about this. been an NFG fan since i was like 13 and grown up as the band has with each album. This sounds like a Bowling For Soup song and almost as if they are trying too hard to make a Pop Hit. Hope the rest of the album is different.

  • it sounds like a bad weird al song. disappointed...

  • can't believe it, new Blink and NewFG ;), I'm in heaven!!
