Another way you can toggle through these different google tricks is search " MT elgoog" and click I'm feeling lucky . In the top left corner click on "Google Mirror" it will take you to the google mirror . once again type "MT elgoog " and click I'm Feeling Lucky and will switch the the foreign language . Keep on searching "MT elgoog" and click I'm feeling lucky for different google tricks.

All this is doing is taking you to a webpage outside of google that someone has set up as a parody of google. These pages are not by google. The "I'm feeling lucky" button just takes you straight to the first page that matches your search term and viola you get to someone's page outside of google where they have mirrored aspects of the site and then put some fun programs on it.
