I was kind of nervous about sending A phone I just bought off Ebay for 215 bucks with a bad esn to Florida to have these guys do it. But it came back faster than the expected 2 Weeks. They uploaded a ton of useful sprnt only apps and I swear that the phone works way better than before. I was also cautious about the reviews on this video.... In case it was the same guy putting up fake you tube accounts and making false testimonies. But if you go to their channel, they are legit.

Sorry to hear this - if you were following a guide and wrote the wrong set of NV Files (There are three guides out now with the wrong information in them - they are all for sale for under 15.00) then your phone is toast.
If you were flashing a rom than there is probably hope.
If you toasted it writing NV files - call htc and tell them your phone stopped working and you don't want to pay sprint to fix it and they will give you and rta number and you send it in and they will fix it and
the trick is to not give them your credit card number or they will charge you for shipping. 35.00 what will really happen is they will get your phone and send you back a refurb.
If you did this flashing a rom then simply find a rom compatible with your kernel or get an engineering rom and re flash it remembering to wipe everything before installing.
@FlashedPhones Would you by any chance know this number...how long do u think the process would take...? are there anyways to possibly fix it to find out what it was or perhaps try anthing besides the usual power down + volume down...thing...? any help would greatly be aprreciated?
Not off hand my girls do all this at our store just go to there website you'll find it. RTA takes 10 - 15 days. If you were writing files to your phone with cdma workshop your phone is toast

My HTC EVO 4G Flashed To Boost Mobile for some reason different times of the day it will take all my incoming calls straight to voicemail and leaves no missed call notification have you heard of this happening? it is a daily problem spontaneously happens multiple times. Also do you know what happened to my Voicemail Notification it does not work?????? Other than these 2 Problems phone is Perfect
the reason your losing calls is becasue the PRL cant auto update and the reason you dont get your voicemail notifications is becasue whoever you used to flash it is a tutoral flasher and not a DEV!

Well I would definatly advise against the evo shift being the first phone you practice on because if you don't have the expensive softwear then your going to have a long haul on your hands!!!!
Go get an Epic then once that is running with 3G internet and MMS go back to the shift!
If someone gave me a shift and I have to scan and scan and scan and scan and scan and scan and scan ect Id pay them to leave my store!

Did exactly what they said they would on my EVO 4G. Everything works perfectly. I do have a question, was my phone rooted? I have a superuser app now. Another thing I just made a call and a Sprint rep said he would have to call me back because of an "error 19, phone not recognized. That was an isolated incident phone works fine otherwise. Listen, I tried to download the cdma software from a few different sites now and they have all came with a virus. Is their a site I can download this for free?
You can but we allways RUU back to stock - its a cleaner process becasue the RUU we use is and Enginering Rom which repartitions the HD and resets the NV itemes
If its a Sprint number Boost won't let you port it over. They way we get around this is to port it to another carrier first then back to boost. For most people thats just a waist of money but we can port for free becasue were dealers for six diffrent carriers.

all you have to do is leave the phone as is after first failed RUU attempt then re-run it. I know it sounds ridiculously simple and impossible but trust me, just run it a second time without messing with the phone or anything (still stuck at the black HTC screen) and then run the RUU installer again, IT'S THAT EASY,it work for me.thanks to Joehunni.. hope it works for you as well
If you are trying to RUU and keep getting stuck at the "waiting for bootloader" screen and then it ultimately fails with usb connection error 171, try this. After going through said process, instead of unplugging the phone pulling the battery, hanging your head, and saying FML, cont...

I want to thank you for the professional and quick process you did on my EVO 4G. The Sprint economics were rediculous. I would have been paying over $170.00/mo for unlimited and hot spot. I cancelled the account and negotiated the cancellation fee. Converting me to Boost now uses the same phone with all the features I use daily for $53.00 mo plus your one time fee. When amoritzed, I will save over $100.00 mo over Sprint still using their network.

I got it working. I was not allowing the recorded msg to go through all the way. At the end of the msg it did connect me to sprint. The guy told me it was a problem with there system and he would fix it for me. After the phone call I reset the phone and made a 30sec phone call as asked and everything is perfect. I must say though I am TRULY shocked at how fast this 3g is. Its almost keeping up with my T1 at the house.
@luckypph Thanks for this little bit of info! I have been flashing my phone over and over and couldn't figure out how the heck I had internet working but not the phone of texting. Every time I would try and make a call it would say "your autentication code could not be verified". After a call to 611 and letting the message complete, I told them the number of the cell and I told them my donor phone model, the gave instructions and reset their end and I am up and running on Boost with a EVO!!!!
I just flashed my replacement EVO onto boost. I have BLAZING fast 3G but no talk or text. When I try to make an outbound call I get "Your Authentication Code Could Not Be Verified." What did I do wrong and what needs to be fixed?
Sounds like you have the 4G on and your still connected to Clearwire! It takes Clearwire about 4 months to deactivate an account once the phone is discontected from sprint!

You wont have any problems updating the phone except that you will have to reset the MMS server which we will have a video up this week on how to do. We have ment to get it up the last few weeks but we have been cracking a lot of new phones - epic2 - photon - bionic - MiFi - and a few others!

hello, i've got a device that you guys have already rooted for me, i just want to know if i do a factory reset (go back to original default on the phone via settings) will the flash still be there or will it need to be re-flashed?
The flash will still be there you will just have to reset the MMS setting and we will have a video up in the next few days to walk you through that. It is a simple process that will take about three minutes.

YEP from your house. You just need to be able to plug it into your computer. Its 1:00 here so it will have to be tommarow just email us through the website. It will only take about fifteen minuites.

Glad your happy with it and go ahead and put the rom on there you shouldn't affect the flash. You will have to reset the MMS but we will have a video up on the website next week to walk you through that as well as how to root the phone and load a custom recovery!
Hey thanks for your help and I've made a lot of progress so far but I'm stuck on how to find the NV items from the test phone to transfer it to the Evo. Is there a program that is used to extract these files? I don't get it.
@cebolla That is some lucky stuff right there. They charge 100 to flash the phone. They will pay for shipping the phone back to you unless you want faster shipping then you have to pay. You will have to pay to ship the phone to them which cost you about 8 bucks.

Don't use the blackberry..... if your going to change the meid and use the files out of a phone (Which we don't recomend but it does work) use the Incogneto!

If your doing it yourself theres not really any other way only a few dealers can add meid's but it's not going to work right using a BB thats all. It will work but not right. Your not SOL - you just might need to wait until you can get an incogneto or pay someone to flash it.

Did exactly what they said they would on my EVO 4G. Everything works perfectly. I do have a question, was my phone rooted? I have a superuser app now. Another thing I just made a call and a Sprint rep said he would have to call me back because of an "error 19, phone not recognized. That was an isolated incident phone works fine otherwise. Even the Hotspot works! All for $45/mos.

I just got my Samsung Galaxy flashed to Boost. They cleaned up all the JUNK I put on there from being excited to have the phone and put other apps on there that are useful. Just wanted chime in & tell everyone about my experience with this company. I had a good and seamless experience getting my phone flashed, these guys are very professional. I had a sprint phone flashed over to boost, if you are looking to do the same you should know that a couple things will not work on your flashed phone, mainly the sprint apps, but if you're like me I could give a rat ass about sprint apps. Phone works great just one question how do I get voicemail notification on my phone?

You can but we allways RUU back to stock - its a cleaner process becasue the RUU we use is and Enginering Rom which repartitions the HD and resets the NV itemes

If its a Sprint number Boost won't let you port it over. They way we get around this is to port it to another carrier first then back to boost. For most people thats just a waist of money but we can port for free becasue were dealers for six diffrent carriers.

all you have to do is leave the phone as is after first failed RUU attempt then re-run it. I know it sounds ridiculously simple and impossible but trust me, just run it a second time without messing with the phone or anything (still stuck at the black HTC screen) and then run the RUU installer again, IT'S THAT EASY,it work for me.thanks to Joehunni.. hope it works for you as well

I want to thank you for the professional and quick process you did on my EVO 4G. The Sprint economics were rediculous. I would have been paying over $170.00/mo for unlimited and hot spot. I cancelled the account and negotiated the cancellation fee. Converting me to Boost now uses the same phone with all the features I use daily for $53.00 mo plus your one time fee. When amoritzed, I will save over $100.00 mo over Sprint still using their network.

I got it working. I was not allowing the recorded msg to go through all the way. At the end of the msg it did connect me to sprint. The guy told me it was a problem with there system and he would fix it for me. After the phone call I reset the phone and made a 30sec phone call as asked and everything is perfect. I must say though I am TRULY shocked at how fast this 3g is. Its almost keeping up with my T1 at the house.

@luckypph Thanks for this little bit of info! I have been flashing my phone over and over and couldn't figure out how the heck I had internet working but not the phone of texting. Every time I would try and make a call it would say "your autentication code could not be verified". After a call to 611 and letting the message complete, I told them the number of the cell and I told them my donor phone model, the gave instructions and reset their end and I am up and running on Boost with a EVO!!!!

Sounds like you have the 4G on and your still connected to Clearwire! It takes Clearwire about 4 months to deactivate an account once the phone is discontected from sprint!
When you dial 611 what carrier do you connect to?

You wont have any problems updating the phone except that you will have to reset the MMS server which we will have a video up this week on how to do. We have ment to get it up the last few weeks but we have been cracking a lot of new phones - epic2 - photon - bionic - MiFi - and a few others!

Take it back to where it was flashed. This happens sometimes and the log on credentials need to be reset.
Back up everything first because if they reset it right they will have to factory reset the phone.

The flash will still be there you will just have to reset the MMS setting and we will have a video up in the next few days to walk you through that. It is a simple process that will take about three minutes.

Well you can get some really strong deals on used evos now! Were seeing some come in customers picked up for like 75 - 125.
Obviouslly if price isnt an issue then new is the best choice and we sell them for $285 brand new (Not refurbs) so it $385 with the flash
We are not remoting to Boost yet - soon but only select dealers now becasue we are currently understaffed.

Glad your happy with it and go ahead and put the rom on there you shouldn't affect the flash. You will have to reset the MMS but we will have a video up on the website next week to walk you through that as well as how to root the phone and load a custom recovery!

@cebolla That is some lucky stuff right there. They charge 100 to flash the phone. They will pay for shipping the phone back to you unless you want faster shipping then you have to pay. You will have to pay to ship the phone to them which cost you about 8 bucks.

Don't use the blackberry..... if your going to change the meid and use the files out of a phone (Which we don't recomend but it does work) use the Incogneto!

If your doing it yourself theres not really any other way only a few dealers can add meid's but it's not going to work right using a BB thats all. It will work but not right. Your not SOL - you just might need to wait until you can get an incogneto or pay someone to flash it.
