NBC = No Brains Company. Isn't this the network that pre-empted an exciting football game around 40 years ago to put on "Heidi?" This is a great song and the ice skating performance is excellent.

There should be a law preventing Frankie Valli from being cut off. This is one of my favorite songs by Frankie. Great melody.
