Have you tried Reykijavic (the capitol? I massacred the spelling, I know, I'm sorry) university website? They have lessons, so does Livemocha c: There are a few, and they aren't the best, but they're okay :)

I'm not positive on the exact translation from English to Icelandic but I know that the letter Thorn (þ) is used only in the beginning of a word. The letter Eth (ð) is used inside of the word. Either way, this is a fantastic version where are you getting these! :]
