Yes, John R. Dilworth is the same guy who did Courage the Cowardly Dog. He liked to put himself in his works by randomly writing "Dil" on items like vacuum cleaners, posters, or things like that. (Watch Courage again, now you know where "Dil" comes from when you see it)

I'm surprised he didn't do it in this one XD. But yes, this is his awesome work. Good egg.
