I did this once, podded a thrasher in my vexor. All you need to do is tell a noob that lowsec is the place for PVP and that pirating is cool, warp him to a planet...you know what to do next :)

look in the fleet chat window. it says "WELCOME TO EVE BITCH". and this happens all the time. once i was asked to warp to the sun of a system to help a random guy kill a pirate. but it was a trap and it turned out the two of them were a team. i died but i managed to get one of the the pirate's bc to half armor before so (and i was in a celtsias!) . and thats my biggest story in eve online so far.
