Hey there! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy lost lots of weight with it.
Hello! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy lost a ton of weight with it.
I never really understood one thing. Let's say that I do HIIT and I work as hard as I can for 30 seconds and rest for 90 seconds. In that 120 second time my average heart rate is 170 lets say. Am I still burning as many calories resting with a 170 heart rate as I did doing the activity with around the same heart rate or is it only doing the actual activity that many calories are burning? Short version. Do you burn as many calories resting from an excersise if your heart rate is the same?
your body is still burning calories because of the increase in body temperature, and the oxygen debt that HIIT creates. it will continue to burn calories even a few hours after finishing because of the need to repair and refuel muslces etc.. you will obviously burn even more calories during the excercise.
however, you dont burn more calories by doing nothing and having an elevated heart rate i.e. when your nervous. the heart supports the body not the other way round ;)
Steve, no need to give me the blog and radio information, I already know it. I just wanted to pop in and say that your videos give me my daily motivation. I've thus far lost almost 30 lbs just by eating less. I pray to God for the strength, but your videos make me kind of feel like I have a friend rite there kind of cheering me on. Thanks again. Keep the videos coming brother.

i can'tunderstant why someone how is weight loss expert has to cover up his upper body all the time ??? his body image is his tool to prove to us what he is saying is right
i dont exactly agree with this whole calories in and calories out thing, a lot of people overlook the concept of nutrient partioning when it comes to weight gain, weight loss and mantaining your weight, and i find that having good nutrient partioning (which is improved through physical activity) is the key to helping an individual staying indifenetly lean with little or no effort (as long as a good wholesome and healthy diet with nutrient rich foods is followed of course)

Hey Steve LOVE YOUR VIDS!! just one question: HOW LOW ON CALS SHOULD A GUY GO TO LOSE THE LAST 10 lbs and AVOID LOSING THE MUSCLE!!! I'm afraid to loose my muscle...pls help!
@chulokulo loseing calories wont make you lose muscle, but if you want to keep your muscle or improve it, work-out 2-3 times a week[lifting wegihts ect]
My pleasure. I'm glad I'm helping. I cannot counceil on people's perspective on themsleve. But when people realize calories accumulate slowly when you eat normally, and that simple daily exercise prevents extra calories from accumulating, they will not have to worry about gaining weight. Keep up the good work!!! ~Steve

Weight lost during a workout is water from sweating. When you drink and eat the fluids are replaced. Continue working out, DOIN CArdio and DIETING. You must be consistent. One workout doesn't make somebody thinner.
I been weight lifting and running for a long time now, but th only result i see is getting mass, which idk why, i just want to be normal. i weight about 220 pound, after i work out it be 115~116, When i wake up it be 220 again, it's that bad? because i have alot of belly fat, but idk very confuse ATM.
anyone interested in getting lean should have a look at Tom Venuto's Ebook, its a very deep and precise about nutrition and training...n yea this isnt spam just tryna help lol.
Eat less (half of what you're eating maybe?), excercise at least 30 minutes every day - stop eatating/drinking candy/icecream/cheeseballs/sweet drinks etc.
Eat lots of greens and fruit and drink a lot of water. I drink diet-tea, and it has helped me loose weight.
I always wondered in my head how many calories my body will burn automatically - I was working out extra hard to make sure I was burning off more than I was taking in - i was like - I CANT KEEP UP - thanks for the peace of mind.

What you just said makes absolutely no sense. So you lose 100 pounds by working out and then gain it back again overnight.
