  • Holy crap, either the video reception is bad, or this piece was largely out-of-tune (the fortes were extremely ugly out-of-tune). Very good selection though, and definitely a good piece for a high school quartet.

  • Out of tune part I agree with, but I thought that the balance was very nice. Perhaps slightly more Tenor or Bari, otherwise very enjoyable.

  • or maybe u just want bari to be heard cuz u play bari, soprano is the leader of the quartet and should be heard most. its like the violin of the orchestra but i agree with the out of tune part, especially at the end.

  • it was a good piece, but alto and soprano were way too strong, the group itself is very top end heavy.not a good thing, volume should come from the bottom. soprano was extremley out of tune in the upper range.or wront notes. alto was to loud at the beginning.especially with bad tone, and he articulated too harsh for a piece like this. i have nothing to say for the bari and tenor because i couldnt hear them. which is too bad

i play saxophone..mainly bari, so yes i know what im talking about.

  • REally gr8!...

  • by the way you might want to include that the name of the piece is "Arrival of the Queen of Sheba"

  • dam guys....that was hella good, nice! :)

  • ohhhhh man I squeaked soooo much... but it was better than the central park performance. Too bad nobody recorded the command performance at CMEA
