Fuck EA. Shame on them for asking money for this crap. They should pay us to play it cuz its just horrible. It looks like my UEFA on sega dreamcast. Graphics and textures horrible, plastic player with poor models, player animations weird. Fans around stadium made of sheet. its just a shame. I have fifa 08 too and pes2008. For having them all and played them all on highest settings with 8x AA 16x anistrophy mipmap at max on a big lcd I can tell PES2008 is looking like a true HD new gen game

in PES players looks so real it feels strange, fan in stadium are all in 3d with perfect texture, player animations are very close to reality, gameplay and control is much better, goal net move like a goal net when hit by the ball(and the ball dont pass half tru the net like the bug in the EA game). Players have real hair, shiny skin with texture in pure hd, their face moves when they play in replay you see their face expressions in key moments (eyes, mouth, smile). Konami you have my respect!

i have it on ps2 (im assuming its the same) but it says in the manual your star players will be highlighted in the last 10 minutes of the match. These players can give you that winning edge to get you over the line.

For example in fifa 08 i scored against a world class dificulity level Chelsea 8 goals to 0.

In PES if you put it on max dificulity level you if you are a real gr8 game player then you might win.

When I first played the demo -- I expected the game was going to be exactly what a football game should be but having played the full version -- the game is too slow, the AI has not clue about how to defend, the players will often get in each others way and they are to slow to realise when the goal is being threatened.

Attacking is a little better but not much -- AI does not know how to attack open space and again they are too slow so you can't benefit from fast players.
