You're not fat, but you're heading towards it. I think you can lose that in a short amount of time, maybe 4-6 months if you work out regularly and eat healthier.

(2) When you check with successful gainers, they will tell you to consume more food, even when you are full. - The point is, to be an athlete means a lot of effort. To be a gainer is just as much effort, and I emphasize "effort", but in a different direction: Eat as much as high calorie food as you can (which isn't always fun).
I think you look awesome as is. You could stand to gain like 15lbs or something, but anywhere around where you are is hot... Ok, so maybe don't lose any though =P

@skinny2fat88 honestly, i found that exersize is the key, if you dont move, you dont lose... i rode a bike everywhere i went for 8 months and lost 60 pounds with no other exersizing/ any diet..( i weighed 220, now im 160 and im 6 foot 1) i like food, and i cant stop myself from eating it, but i can stop my body from keeping it. im not saying eat ice-cream all day, but balenced meals and a couple snacks a day is fine( or was for me ) idk maybe its just me im just trying to help. GL!

I am not trying to scare you just to make you aware.
You do not need to be an athlete to combat this. Do so some research in interval training for short training periods to increase your metabolism.

I wouldn't say you're fat yet, but you can definitely see the post-jock softening going on. And I'd say it looks great man. I'd keep gaining, really get yourself a proper fat belly :)
