@Specialmindz Well it's a comic book so that's one thing. And how boring would it be if things were realistic in Batman. Joker and others in his rouges gallery actually staying locked up. Plus most of Batman's villains aren't dummies and have feats that they don't show you how to prepare for in a police academy. Like a guy with a suit that can freeze people or a giant effing crocodile. But Joker always has a plan to get out usually involves bribing or someone wanting his help but eh :P

Killer Croc may be an exception I admit because of his tough skin, but one hole in Mr. Freeze's suite and it's over. Unlike other shows with their crappy super villians, Batman's foes are NOT bullet proof. Have you SEEN Christmas with the Joker? How did Arkham miss that rocket?!
