I don't eat at McD's ever, it's nasty, I agree with you! I'd much rather go to a local coffee place with free trade organic coffee & pay a bit more for something that tastes better. But most times I'd rather deal with the trailer trash at McD's than the pretentious a-holes at coffee shops.

There is a lot of slang used, so it might be confusing if English isn't your first language.
