hi i have a 02 jeep liberty limited, and i was wondering if you knew ALL of the performance parts i could put in it...more interested in improving mpg, but that add mmpph is much appreciated if you know what i mean
I got the same exhaust on my 06 Liberty with a Power Aide throttle body spacer and a AEM Brute Force intake. Its pretty damn fast and gets me good gas Mileage and it sounds mean.
i like jeep liberty's and all, but come on now, if you add exhaust to make it sound strong, THAT doesn't mean its actually strong now, its still underpowered, all you did is make it sound like a Japanese car now...
I will be posting new videos around June or so. The reason that fag note was there is because my dip shit friend got a hold of my you tube account and changed a bunch of things, and I just happened to notice that now, sorry.
Hey i have another question, idk if you can help me out...but i wanted to put some magnaflow high flow cats on my liberty, and im trying to find out what dimensions i would need...would i just get 2.5 in 2.5 outlet? because thats what the muffler is? thanks alot
Sorry for the late responce. I would not suggest replacing your cats becasue it has been known to lead to computer malfunction in liberty's. If your state does not require you to have them then just remove your stock cats and put some pipe in their place. I was thinking about replacing my cats at one point but then I heard about that so I decided to just leave it be. I hope that helps.
it maybe law to have them on the vehicle when its sold, but guess what some states do not require them during any inspections, i live in northern wisconsin and guess what there is no inspections,.
yea some states dont run inspections i live in michigan and have never got inspected, but if you get caught you will get fucked by the long dick of the law, just sayin
@MIDNITEDUCK07 I have an 07 jeep liberty also and after seeing this video i feel the same,, but i was wondering did you ever get flowmasters??? how did you like them?
The whole setup was about 400; however I would suggest spending about 50 plus on each of your tips as mine have been on there for a year now and I already need to replace them. They are rusted to shit already because I chose to buy the generic PepBoys crap, HUGE mistake. I only spent about 20 bucks on the tips. It is still the hassle of replacing them that makes me mad, but it is something I am definitely going to do this summer.
Exactly, GO! Flowmasters on 3.7 jeeps don't sound that good revving. Just hit it on a narrow street, maybe a parking lot with cars lined up on both sides, or under an overpass. It will sound great while actually driving. Also it sounds much different when muffler is warm. It sounds different in winter, summer, different when in Full Time vs 2H. These youtube videos don't really work because they've got no bass (at least on my laptop). Hah.
It should sound good but it will not be any louder unless you remove the cats, however check your state laws first because if removing cats are outlawed your jeep will not pass inspection.
Yo nice sound! I gota question....what was the stock outlet size of your tip on the liberty be4 you added this exhaust system a 2.25 or 2.5? thanks tom.
I still have my stock cats on, as I need them to pass state emissions, I may get high flow cats eventually. There were never any resonators to remove as liberty's use 26-inch long mufflers called silencers, so that was the only thing I had to remove. Yeah I did get the K&N air intake and it definitely makes a noticeable difference especially on a manual.
ppl if ur looking to put a flowmaster in your liberty,,, put a magnaflow instead
its sounds better i know because i have one...

every state requires you have cats, its not state mandated its a federal law, punishable by 10 years in prison and $10,000 in fines
