Well I looked in the Regs and it says you could still get forearm tattoos but they have to be able to be covered by your hand from the bottom of the palm of your hand to the tip of your thumb touching the index finger and 5 inches in width.SO I assume by the way you angle your hand you can still get decent size forearm tattoos you just can't get sleeve work done
