@shortininja i think you failed hard right now. Because Parkour doesnt even include Flips or twists. Parkour is about getting from Point A to Point B as fast as possible, using vaults, leaps and so on. Freerunning is what you mean. And i even doubt, that someone ever landed a standing Triple Full on flat ground. Except Trickers in Combos ;)

@n3rdicwalking Actually, David Belle, a highly celebrated Parkour artist (starred in District B-13, that movie with the hardcore chase scene many times called "The Escape") does do flips and shit in his Parkour demo reels. Also, Americanized Parkour no longer just includes the most effecient and fast method from point A to point B, it aslo includes a level of difficulty in the movements and whatnot...
