After watching both endings, I kinda like this one better. I didn't get the other one until I read someone's comment explaining it, but this one makes more sense.

When shes driving, shes crying and stuff, then she goes through a red light and a truck hits her and kills her. Then at the end of the video, you can see them two together again, but because they're ghosts, nobody else can see them, but they can see eachother. Hope that helps!
