  • the orignal ending was to have the alien bite of ripleys head and have the alien start talking in ripleys voice. riddly like this idea but fox didnt

  • @volkswag12 really? :O where have you heared this one?

  • @happosai27 go to the internet movie data base type in alien go to triva then scroll all the way down to the bottom of triva it should be there with lots of other intersting triva facts

  • @volkswag12 cool ^^ just found it. thanks

  • i wonder why it never shown the actual kill!!! her probably scream ment that probably give her some serious anal pounding with that tail hahaaa

  • I would've pissed my pants so friggin fast if it crab walked up to me and stood up

  • Just as well that this scene was deleted. But it's funny nonetheless. I can picture the Alien talking like Rolf from Ed, Edd'n'Eddy saying "Do you like it?" in reference to his erect tail. xD

  • Tails acts like a erect penis.

  • Meh... The strange walk makes it look goofy, maybe if it had a much more menacing pose, before it stands up, for example just sitting and then starting to get up slowly, with a rising dramatic music.

Plus, it shows too much of the alien, one of the good things about Alien and Aliens was the way they managed to hide the creatures in the shadows, making the audience want to see more of it each scene.

That was the mistake in the 4th movie, they just showed aliens too much and with that stupid roar.

  • SO MUCH BETTER than CGI!! CGI SUCKS!!

  • This scene had potential to be really scary but the crab walk just murders it.

  • I once heard about an alternate ending of Alien 1 in which Ripley gets killed and than the Alien broadcasts a message to Earth speaking with a human voice.

Does anybody knows something about that?

  • @PlaceboForte94 It was considered but not filmed. Even Fox didn't like the idea, so they were right for once.

  • @johnclawed Oh, Ok.

    Thanks ;)

  • ooooooo, he is sooo cute :D

  • Alien: "gimme a huuuug"

  • Glad they took that out, just seeing the silhouette of the alien as Lambert turns and gazes in horror is much more effective.

  • what she keeping it as a pet

  • To me the alien dosent look scary, looks more like he's sorta "oh hai :D"

  • Maybe its the lack of audio but this doesn't seem like the scariest scene. I think in Alien it plays on what you can't see more so your imagination runs riot.

  • jó hogy kihagyták ez gagyi!!!

  • she should have kicked it in the head: waaaaaaaam

  • PLAY?

  • lo0l he walks like the girl in exorcit xD

  • i would agree it does look to much like a guy in a suit however if it didn't do the crab walk and maybe crawled forward that may have scared the shit out of me more but also lets say it did and yet everything els still happen it looked curios at first then took advantage of Ms.FearFrozen. i mean she totally had a chance to escape after Parker distracted it and became victim number 1 out of 2Parker was pined to the wall even he said "Get Outta the Room!" then death. she had 32 seconds to escape!

  • did it ever occur to her I don't know hit the alien in the face as hard as she could with the tanks?I f-king would of instead of just standing there Like a dear in the head lights or maybe try to I don't know side-kick the f-ker in the chest at the very least it would make it stumble back enough for the person to bolt out of there Im pretty sure it wouldn't see that reaction comming from it's "Victim"agreed?.

  • Shows too much. Also looks like a guy in a suit. Good choice to delete.

  • @humbleradio Thats what i was thinking.

  • reason it looks like a person is because when the face hugger gets you the resulting alien steals some of your dna and it becomes a bit like the creature it attached to, in this case this one came from a person.

  • where's the sound?

  • @Tarenaccount who's original idea? Nothing like this was in any of the novels - a lone alien worked on instinct alone, very similar to an insect - concepts and childlike curiosity would indicate a way higher level of intelligence. If that were the case, it would curtail instinct in favor of higher brain functioning when in new areas and in close proximity to other lifeforms.

  • @JokersSerious keep in mind when there was a queen involved it was a hive mind this "little" guy was actually in the process of becoming one thru dna morphing that's why it was able to lay eggs eventally it would become it's own queen besides a xenomorph warrior displayes intellect similar to an ape or gorrilla when on it's own so it isn't to far fetched to think curiousity would be there even if it's just a fragment, even if it is just a giant I never wanna run into one "bug" it has a brain.

  • looks like man in costume. i think it's good reason for cut this scene.

  • The tail is soft at 0:08

The tail is hard at 0:16

And in the movie you can see how the Alien touches her leg with the tail and moving up!

Translation: The Alien fucked her. (Seriously)

  • @brutaka359 Ow.

  • almost looks like he wants to shake hands with Lambert haha, completely understand why they cut it but still great to see!

  • Glad they didn't put it in the actual movie. Though it's not wrong I always loved the fact that I didn't really know how the alien looked in its complete form.

  • It seemed to be a type of Mating ritual. This could be explained by the fact this creature's host was a human and it felt attracted to a female human. Again it is a shame it was not included in the original cut.

  • @danielqmul I like your point of view, It fits the highly sexual hidden identity the Alien portraits

  • This is awesome. I don't remember seeing this before on the quad. I can see why it was cut though. It shows too much of the alien and he doesn't look particularly scary the way he crawls over to her. More like creepy, but not scary. I do like how he sits there watching here and unfurls his tail. They should have kept that part.

  • MA LOOK AT THE PICTURE AT 0:41 , I REALLY ADMIRE THE PEOPLE WHO CAME UP WITH THIS, BACK IN THE 70:S WHEN THE MOVIE HAD PREMIERE THE VISITING PEOPLE IN THE CINEMA THOUGHT THAT THE ALIEN DERELICT SHIP DEPICTED WITH A SMALL SCALE MODEL WAS DEVILS WORK, WHAT A FANTASTICK MOVIES, I AM JUST HAPPY TO BE AROUND AND EXPERIENCE THIS MOVIE, I SAW IT A LITTLE BIT WHEN I WAS A CHILD BUT REALLY COULD NOT APPRECIATE IT AS I CAN NOW, WOOOOOWWWWW!!!!!!!

  • i would have shit in my hands and threw it at the alien

  • thats a great scene...the only one where you see it actually move around, and not looking all stiff and animatronic.

  • the alien fucked her to death.

  • @thedarthflagger And then smoked a cigarette. :)

  • Im Surprised it didnt tail stab her!

  • Thank you for this post! The shots are a work of art. Scene looks almost vintage yet futuristic. Dispite the Alien's strange movement, it remains bizarre and scary as it creeps up on her... seems to study her. Almost childlike and hideously dangerous at the same time. Hard to describe. Loved the idea of the tail unrolling outward that way too.

  • @artbyvince that u just said is so so so right, this alien is like soooooo much diferent to the subsecuential versions, and the lame aliens from avp, this monster is so frightening, is like a raping brain eating blasfemi and thats what so scary

  • I thought the old laserdisc edition included everything, but I've never seen this. Thanks for uploading it.

  • The alien's just like:

    'Sup? : )

  • @ihatefurrys lol ye

  • I´m always looking for the reputed scene where Parker and Ripley try to drop the alien out of the airlock but Ash sabotages this plan. :-/

  • @IlluminationGlobal I've searched for that for a long time, but I'm not sure that they ever shot it. There's so much in the script that was never realized.

  • @rqbuchanan They didn't, only the bridge sections of that scene were shot. Shame...

  • @rqbuchanan Ah! Here they are:

    watch?v=9H0bVDKtlnE

    watch?v=yp8Dx5_NLL4

  • @EdwrdBrock Thanks! It would have been interesting to see the whole thing, but I suppose that budget restrictions emphasized what was unpalatable for the theatrical cut.

  • Why would that Alien move like that?

  • That's the biggest tail erection I've ever seen in a movie.

  • @hafabee It actually was one .... -.-

  • WOW. I wonder why this was deleted. XD --sarcasm--

  • @seishinkyoudai cu u cn tell tht the alien is a giuy in a suit

  • @buenzodape

yet it still looks better than the CGI aliens in A3 and AVP.

  • @EverythingSpirals the alien in alien 3 wasn't CG it was a small puppet that was shot in front of a blue screen and then matted into the shots

  • @EverythingSpirals damn, some people just cant get over it... CGI is fantastic, and the alien look even better in CGI, give me one reason why this one looks better then the CGI ones, because they look al real and you can see this one is a guy in a suit.

  • @ivkoacount cgi sucks the alien in this film looks far better then any other.i hoped ridley scott was gonna use the suit again in the prequel but they are using a 6,5 cgi alien.i was gonna right a letter to ridley about this

  • @TerryMMA85 oke, maybe the movie is far better then the sequels that folowed... but the alien itself didnt look better i must admit...

  • @ivkoacount they should have never made the sequals.

  • @ivkoacount ur the reason shitty movies like avatar are successful. cgi really disconnects you from the movie in that the alien would feel extremely fake and intangible. the star wars prequels pretty much drained all the fun out of the old movies' atmosphere with all the green screen and shit. idk i just feel like cgi makes everything cartoonish, cheaper, and easier.

  • @ivkoacount CGI sucks. CGI is not real and you know there is nothing there. No, they don't look anything like real. FAIL

  • @EverythingSpirals Yeah actually.

  • hey, good quality.... you sure is in the Quadrilogy? is in the extended movie or in the special disk? because I can´t find it...

  • @jacwd3 I think it's on the extra's of the original DVD set.

  • @jacwd3 It's on disk 9 on the quadrilogy, somewhere in the laserdisc archives. It'd be nice if they cleaned up and did colour correction for this scene for the blu-ray.
