The only travesty is that this psychopath continues to get elected. Yes, I do corruption is a problem, and transparency is a must. Acorn has not opened their books. All Acorn has done is attack the only ones who tried to find out about them. If the same happened with a defense contractor. Then absolutely, they should be cut off of all funding. I personally think defense contractors should be able to sell their product to the government, and not be able to get funding prior.

This type of pay before getting services only breeds corruption. If you pay someone to paint your house before the work is done, your painter may not show up, or do substandard work. It's a no brainer. YOU DO NOT PAY BEFORE THE WORK IS DONE. Banks are in the business of funding, not the federal government.
