It's actually the name of the song, but I thought it fit well since Einstein was one of the first ones to realize the implications of the energy potential locked away in an atom for creating a weapon and so "E=MC2 nuclear world" kinda holds the idea of the advancement of modern science being used for destruction.
@ACANDEJORE E=MC2 dose have something to do with the bomb its shows the energy released during the fission of the protons and neutrons which pretty much causes the bomb to release so much energy. :)
