an example of a unit transfer would be when Chris Kyle (former Navy SEAL) was deployed a few weeks ahead of his platoon and served with a Polish SpecOps branch (GROM) because they needed a coms guy or a navman. i cant remember which. the info is in Chris Kyle's book: American Sniper

Tread water with 5-15lbsweight keeping them above water for a duration of 45min(basically dont let ur legs touch the bottom of the pool). Pull-ups,push ups, flutter kicks* back to back with good molly's*, bicycles*, 8-count body builders should all be easy enough to do 50+ easy except pull ups.(*types of ab workouts). start out 4 days on 1 day off

My brother is in the seals, and he literally just told me that no seals from team 6 that killed osama were on it. seal teams arent made up of just a little group, each seal team is made up of a lot of people. the seals were sent to rescue army rangers who couldnt finish the job and announced a mayday because to many were being killed and they needed a rescue. about a mile from when they got picked up a lucky shot from a surface to air missle hit the chopper and killed them all when they crashed.

Bro, Seals are badass, I have served with them... But you hav eno right talking about rangers. No other force in the US military is trained to do what they do. Seals are for small team ops. Rangers are used in a completely different way. That is the ultimate ground force in our military, so be respectful. . Everyone has a purpose.. And if your broher is s Seal that doesnt make you one. I think dropping a nuke on a nation nearly out of fuel and food is a war crime, especially since they were dropped on two civilian towns. WRT to OBL, there is no evidence he acted against the USA. The FBI as well as Justice department found no evidence with which to indict him. The 911 incident has now been proven beyond a reasonable doubt to have been a false flag blamed on arabs, with no evidence. Bush ignored the law.

There is no doubt that Gen. Tojo, Adm Yamamoto, and the Empereror did not pilot any of the aircraft that attacked Pearl Harbor. However, I don't think that says very much.
As for there being no evidence to connect OBL to 9/11, you must be joking? It was an ALQ operation, he is the head of ALQ, and he is on tape taking credit for the operation.
You'd have an easier time saying Gen. Eisenhower knew nothing about the invasion of Europe.

This White House and CIA prevented the MEDIA from playing this on grounds of national security. It would be alerting hidden sleeper cells in America they claimed. BULL. In October 2001, the first FAKE OBL tape appeared. It was exposed as a fake in hours. If there was ANY evidence OBL was part of 911, the Justice dept would have issued an indictment.

Given most involved in the planning and execution are dead, thats problematic.

There was the Civil War where the rebels, while citizens, where treated as soldiers and not as criminals.
A significant number of German soldiers were the US born children of German immigrants who returned to Germany after 1932. They got no trial.

The President recently ordered the death of an American citizen in Yemen. The fifth ammendment guarantees due proccess for all citizens.The presumption of innocence and a fair trial has been the fabric of our justice system from the beginning.

The Constitution and US jurisprudence stops at the border. There is no other nation that is required to conform to US law.
That’s a problem when the bad guys are in nations where the governments will not extradite (Pakistan), or where governments do not exist (Yemen, Somalia, and Ethiopia).
For these situations, we have a military.
The underlying principal of international law is the rule of law, which is uniquely Western ideal.

NATO was a step in that direction, as was the European Union and the International War Crimes Tibunal. However, these organizations are toothless in and of themselves and require the power of the individual member states to act.

We are fighting loosely organized groups based in failed states.

@enforcedmatty first off both forces have great respect for each other but no one has a track record like the SEAL's they were the only force that the vietcongs truly feared and have less than 20 deaths over a span of 2 wars. They also have great experience which puts them far ahead of most other special forces.

to everyone argueing about which speial force unit is best, i have a secret for you. the royal marine commandos get just as much training as navy seals do, as do all other countries special combat units, but what makes one better then the other is the equipment they are using and previous combat experiance, that being said, obviously, NAVY SEALS ARE BEST!

Second of all they are serving the United States of America and its interests, protecting international lives from terrorism, and other threats world wide. If you were in the shoes of a special operations unit, you would see their prime objectives are to save lives, either directly or indirectly. They are heros.
