@Time2Keel dude the memorandum never reached coz the police barricaded the stadium with cops, water cannons and gas firing squad units... and there were lots of'em. BERSIH marchers couldve storm thru the FRU barricades as bersih ralliers outnumbered them...but since the demonstration was a peaceful one... NOT ONE COP was injured, fought back against, stampede, not even the slightest cut...
