  • natalie portman stunt double?

  • its cheap in korea!

  • what hotel is this? It's amazing!

  • Where are you staying in this video? Last time I was in Korea, I had difficulty finding a place that was relatively affordable in Seoul, and was half-way decent like the place you're staying in.

  • Are all Swedish girls RICH like you? wish I could have a cool stockholm flat, travel the world..Australia, China, and now you are having 1 year in Japan ! wow! what's the secret? rich parents or are you an under cover spy...for Redbull? ohhh maybe you Dad owns VOLVO ? take care...I can talk...I lived in Japan and have been there 12 times already....best country on the planet 4 me.

  • I subscribed to your channel years ago...and now i can finally say.......you are making videos I actually wanna see! lol Its good to see how ur having to deal with this disaster..and to be honest......i think u have ended up in a very nice place! lol

  • Stay there... or head to the southern part of Japan... Nagasaki, perhaps? ... or home... for a while. :P It will be better for you and the Japanese will understand so you can return. :) The US Military is evacuating all of their family members out of the Tokyo region to Korea and then maybe back to the US. Hugs from Canada! *^-^*

  • Nice place, thanks for the update.

  • I am happy you are ok :)

  • things looks more advanced than stuff we got in Japan. That's so cool you got to stay there for a while :D

  • Glad you're ok Kiddo... and that the paperwork/visa is all sorted out. Stay Well!

  • At least getting to see Korea is a silver lining? (ps update your blog please! :D).

  • Crystal clear explanation!

  • Something about Emma just makes me melt inside.

  • @simplyno could it be that she is friggin' crazy-gorgeous?

  • Maybe it's time to switch to Korean. But then again, there are those nukes in the North.

  • Miss your videos! Glad you are doing ok.. Thanks for the update :))

  • Glad to see that you're doing alright. Keep rockin' and rollin', Emma! Much love! :)

  • I can tell you're still pretty stressed out about everything in Japan... Use this time to relax a bit and see Seoul and get reset before returning to class. Everything will work out... ^_^ And enjoy the great hotel !

  • That is an awesome hotel! Dang!

Hope you get to have some fun n' relaxing time while you're there.

  • Eemma, that was a GREAT video.

Have some fun while you're there!

  • badass hotel room

  • So glad to see you go out of there and are safe!!

  • Hahaha you're rich! B

  • glad your alright

  • That is huge, even for Seoul. I think you will love it there! It's like Tokyo kind of~ I hope you know a little korean! Hope everything calms down in Japan for you! Cheers!

  • Also........ we are all so glad you are safe. Have you had to put up with your parents thinking that you should just come home??

  • wow... that is def. a long term stay hotel. Are you renting it by the week? All the foreign reporters, who are now in Japan, make things sound the worst. They are very bad... but they dwell only on the bad. It would be depressing. Reminds me here of New Orleans... except an larger scale with nuclear plants.

  • MTV Cribs woudlnt be proud of the content in your fridge emma:( but iam glad you are OK :D

  • nice apt/hotel Eemma! glad you're ok and enjoying your time off from school

  • Vilket år är du född? ^^

  • I'm happy to see you actually made it to Seoul. Nice appartment and more important probably more safe than the situation in Tokyo at this moment.

Even all the Dutch journalist and reporters from both the public broadcasters (NOS) and the commercial ones (RTL) were pulled back out of Japan because of the uncertain nuclear situation at the moment. (No insurance company would insure them in this situation).

Enjoy your stay in Seoul, for as long as needed,

    From Holland with Love,

    Roog

  • Awesome place!!! Glad you're safe!!!

  • That apartment/hotel room is awesome. I'm glad you're okay. I think you're the only person I "know" who lived in Japan.

I don't want to sound depressing, but have you seen Kurosawa's movie, Dreams? He has one segment that is a nightmare about a nuclear meltdown that involves 6 reactors! It is eerily prophetic.

We should all pray for the people of Japan. If they need to have a mass evacuation, I think we should make them welcome in the US/Canada.

  • This place seems pretty spacious compared to your place in Tokyo. Glad you're able to get away for a while.

  • so relieved you're ok<3

  • Glad you're ok. I was concerned when I heard about Tokyo on the news and how everyone was staying indoors and stuff. Obviously you got out when the getting was good. Hope things work out and your schooling is able to continue. Gorgeous hotel!

  • Perfect decision!!! I would have done the same... but sorry to hear about all this visa hassle again, bureaucracy sucks, :-(... Btw, great apartment! I had a very similar one in Beijing one time, but it was bigger and I was alone there, ;-p. Peace.

  • which hotel is this? do you mind sharing? i wanna stay here too when i go travel Seoul this coming dec.

  • good to see, it all worked out for now. Enyoj your holidays and stay safe :)

ps: noone would complain if you take your cam with you, while exploring Seoul. pretty sure some nice blogs can be made there and maybe it would help to take your mind of things.

  • nice video ... the hotel is keen xD.

  • Good thing you're not in Tokyo atm. Where are you staying in Seoul? Looks nice!

  • Hey!

I like your new place! You never told me you made the last vid????

Looks Pretty cool there, I say forget Charlie Sheen, you are the one that's "wonning"! :P

  • Good to hear you're alright. Enjoy your stay and take good care of yourself once you're back in Tokyo! The hotel room looks really neat btw :D

  • the hotel alone makes me want to travel to S.Korea.

  • What a great time to get away from Japan! Seoul is very fun, I have no doubt you'll have a good time. Are there a lot of tourists there from Japan? How was Narita airport? I thought it was next to impossible to fly out of there right now.

  • that hotel room is better than an apartment

    rice in pillows really?

  • Pretty cool hotel room. That is like an apartment! 3.5 months of schooling and then what do you have planned? Do you go back to Japan for more school or your study in korea now?

Can't get the Japan earthquake out of my head. I even dreamed about it last night.

  • i hope you have a wonderful time in seoul. i haven't been there in a long time so show us around the city if you can. i bet a lot has changed haha. i always enjoy your tours :)

  • zOMG! That's a f**king huge hotel room!

About the visa thingy, this video made more sense than your tweets y-day.

  • Totally awesome room! Damn looks great!

You made the right choice being free from school... It's nice to sleep relaxed and without waking up every few minutes. Enjoy your stay and have an AWESOME 2 weeks ^^
